Buying from justfab will automatically bind you to pay them a monthly fee to buy more from them. Unless you take some action on their website but this was never clearly stated to me. When i asked them to refund me because i didn't intend to buy more shoes from them they simply refused. Total scam, they are thieves. Dont order from them, the quality of the shoes is also not worth the trouble
I bought a pair of boots six months ago.
When I went to the website n tried to find the 'skip a month' option but it wasn't there. So I kind of forgot about it.
Last month when I put money on my card n went to pay a bill, the money was gone! They had charged me.
So I called n cancelled my account. I asked the lady multiple times to make sure I wasn't going to be charged again. She reassured me everything would be fine.
Skip forward to this month,
The same thing happens.
The company has been nothing but unapologetic and rude.
I don't have enough money to keep putting extra cash on my card b/c I have to wait 2weeks for my money to get returned to me!
I was on phone w/ them for 40+ mins today.

I have been ordering from Just Fab for a little over a year now and I have never had a bad experience. After reading the reviews from other people no this site and all false. I am not a paid surveyor I am a legit customer. The people who continue to complain about the monthly fee did not read the TERMS AND THR CONDITIONS. This states clearly of what to expect from the company. You do have the option to skip as many months as you want AGAIN AS MANY MONTHS AS YOU WANT. You do receive a notification by email every single month. You do have FIVE DAYS to choose the option whether or not to pass that month or make a purchase. I have passes seven months in a row and never had any ISSUES with Justfab. I made a purchase on September 4 and my package was delivered at my door on Septemeber 10. NO ISSUES AGAIN.
I don't agree that this company "steals" your money. They don't exactly advertise that they will charge you every month unless you read the fine print which is usually the issue. I like how you are able to become a member and save money rather than someone that likes their product and keeps purchasing the items over and over not realizing they are saving money for shipping and such if they would become a member. They will always talk you out of cancelling but a good compromise if you actually like their items is you can skip the month and as often as you want. I shy away from the heals since they aren't comfortable but the sandals and boots and booties are cozy and stylish. I haven't tried the clothing yet but bags I have. Also cute like the shoes. A lot of women like Charlotte Russe and Forever21 and the quality of justfabs shoes are similar. When shoes aren't the right size they exchange them free of charge. If you do not like their items try out the buy one get one free bogo first before you commit to a membership. Legally, they can't force you or obligate you to stay a member just go through their speech of why they want you to stay a member.
My wife ordered from them not realizing they charged a monthly fee to use there website which they claim it is a shoe of the month subscription. Total ripoff. Thank god she used PayPal, canceled their authorization and won't be doing that any more, for non PayPal user get a new Atm/Credit card number and dispute it now, do not call them you will just get the run around. Biggest ripoff on the internet.
Have been charged 35 pounds on a monthly basis for the VIP membership. It did not say so on the very front page along with all the nice discounts that unless I shop, I will be charged. Also, the website does not give refunds - whatever you return gives you credit to spend on your next order. Absolute disgrace. A very well thought through scam.
I have been charged for the last 8 months without my consent (315GBP). I am guilty of not reading the last line of the fine print because I trusted them! Obviously I shouldn't have!

I am not impressed with this site at all. I ordered a pair of shoes recently which I have not yet received, so I do not even know how the shoes will turn out, but the woman I talked to on the phone was not a nice lady. I was trying to cancel my account and she informed me if I cancel my account I will not receive the shoes I paid for. I then asked her why this would happen, because I was a member when I ordered the shoes, and she proceeded to tell me the same thing over and over again, without ever giving me a straight up answer. I will not be ordering from this site ever again.
Great style of shoes! If you're Canadian paying with Canadian funds the shoes are actually $70 dollars with shipping, taxes and exchange rate. That great deal of $39 dollars doesn't apply to Canadians. However, the styles of shoes are great and the right pair can be worth $70 dollars.
So awhile back I bought shoes from justfab and it turns out that they were exactly like another company I had tried and had the worst customer service experience with ever that being said every month I had to either buy something or they would charge my credit card card for a member service so to prevent that you had login and press the skip the month button well that usually worked for me id
Just skip the month and I didn't have to worry about the company charging my credit card however this month I truelly believe they wanted to try me as I logged in to skip the month as usual I get all these error links and so I tried to reset my password then The company tried to say my email wasn't a working email and this and that so that they could sit or stand happily knowing that they could get money from me that I worked hard to get well I have news for your company@ justfab you won't be getting anything from me ever again from helena ostronic a fed up customer
I tried out their introductory offer, did not like selection, shipping time, etc. Contacted customer service and explained that the service is not good for me personally so I would not like to continue. The person I was talking to was very rude. She suggested that I should not have signed up for the introductory offer (advertised as cancel any time, no commitment required) unless I want to continue (how do I know if I would want to keep using your service if I have not ever used it before, and you can't really look through their stuff without making an account? She then suggested that I was going to cancel it and make a new account with my credit card and made sure to tell me it was fraud. I didn't like the service so why would I sign up again and pay them more money? So rude.
I returned the items, which were not actually bad in and of themselves, just overpriced and not the right size for me. Imagine my surprise when they claim I didn't send them back, despite the fact I used the label and envelope they provided! Now they're trying to charge me $200 for items I don't even have! Their customer service department is a joke, off-shore people reading from a script with no ability to resolve issues. Avoid this service, try something similar like StitchFix.
Just thought I'd put this out there for everyone thinking about ordering from Justfab. Their website is a scam. When you order from them you are requested to sign up for an account. Seems simple right? Wrong. You will then automatically be signed up for their VIP membership which costs $35 a month, unless you order from them every month. They will "tell" you that you will have the option to "skip the month the 1st through the 5th if you don't want to order. So of course, you will log into your account and "skip the month". In turn, you will STILL be charged for the VIP membership that you knew nothing about to begin with. Then you'll want to cancel this VIP membership you know nothing about. So you call, and they give you the run around on how not to cancel the membership. They will even offer you $10 credit on your account or tell you to simply "skip the month". Then you'll get mad because they keep trying to get you not to cancel it and they finally will say "okay, your VIP membership has been cancelled". It's not. Also, once you put your credit/debit card info on your account you can't remove it. I had to cancel my debit card so that they would no longer have access to my bank account. Just putting that out there for everyone. Also, the shoes I ordered from them still haven't arrived.
This is the worst place to shop for shoes the quality stinks. I recently returned and item and they gave me store credit but that's not the problem the problem is that they did not refund the taxes that I paid. I called customer service to ask why wasn't the taxes I paid refunded and the numb $#*! manager told me that my taxes was paid to the state because I live in California. I was so pissed so I asked how to I get my taxes back from the state and I was told that he doesn't know so I then ask so even though you got your merchandise back the state get paid for something that was not sold seeing how you guys have the merchandise in your possession. I was yes so at that point I just closed the account even though I still have a $29.00 credit that's how mad I was. So please don't waste your time like I did I rather pay high prices and deal wi the bigger store that give you back the taxes you paid for there merchandise if returned.
They do not make it clear that your card will be charged every month. Then if you try to cancel online with a "consultant" you are never connected via internet. So I called and the guy was so pushy about me keeping my membership. He said I could just skip months with the "skip" button located on the website, which I never found. Then he tried to offer me $10 off and I refused and he still kept cutting me off trying to make me keep this membership. I eventually hung up and just waited forever to be connected on my computer. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP TO THIS SITE. It's not worth it, at all.
Checked out and used my PayPal account, now just fab Said they don't have a order, and my paypal account it shows they do even with a order number from them, they say I have to wait for it to "fall" off my account on PayPal, which could be a month or more f***** a*******
Id give 0 stars if i could. They rob you of $40 every month due to misguided information and refuse to contact back about a refund after stating there is no obligation to buy and no member ship fee. The shoes are subpar and the fit is poor. I ordered my size and they were huge. So picked a different pair " after talking to my "" consultant"" that kept cutting me off"a size smaller to be safe and it was still to big. This company is a joke. Steer clear or remember to cancel after every purchase.
Please DO NOT buy form this site, they owe me money, I've never purchased from them yet they have accessed my PayPal account, all they respond with is we'll pay you back in 8 working days, the absolute worst kind of online retailer
I would not use JustFab again for shoe purchases. This is truly a buyer beware and I do hope companies like this learn this is not the way to do business.
My wife bought shoes from JustFab 2 months ago, and we know found out that they keep charging us each month. According to their customers support we need to enter they website each month at the beginning of the month and ask them not to charge. We didn't do any subscription. Be carefull!

And if you did in the past check carefully your bank account. It is their business model. They just try. Most of the customers won't notice 30 pounds debit.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
