Computerized customer service is frustrating enough. Before ordering your shoes it doesn't clarify how much you'll be spending. All the shoes are synthetic material which doesn't compar to the prices stated. The VIP membership is a hoax to make them more profit. Just Fab... Just Don't!
I ordered a pair of boots in September but something went wrong with the shipping process and I called JustFab to inform them about the difficulties I was having. I gave them an option of putting my money back into my account or sending out a new pair of boots and I still haven't got anything back from them!

I cancelled my subscription two months ago; A 'subscription contact' which I did not sign so therefore had no legality.
When I cancelled my 'subscription' you said that LEGALLY you had to destroy my banking details as you no longer require them; this is under the data protection act of 1998. Which in effect means yes, you committed fraud. I trusted you to safeguard my information. I thought wrong.
I have been on the phone to the NatWest fraud team with regards to you accessing my account and taking money. Actually let's call it the correct term, stealing money.
So here I am, going to withdraw the last of my money to go on holiday and you have unlawfully accessed my account, transferred money and then attempted it again! NatWest fraud team we're very shocked by this, especially after I have evidence of myself cancelling this said 'subscription'.
NatWest have now put a block on your financial team, meaning the only time you can access my account is when you repay me the money you owe me. Now I have told NatWest that this must be a mix up and that I will try to resolve this with yourselves amicably, because perhaps you didn't have enough money to put on your lecky meter and that's why you have taken money from me. But rest assured, when I call tomorrow I will be expecting a good excuse and if the money is not returned as quickly as you took it, I will be taking legal action.
So after being on the phone to the fraud team for over an hour building a case, I am no longer feeling 'just fab' in fact, I'm feeling 'just furious'.

I'm just a student who want to study in the Great Britain for 1 year. Now I am about to leave, in the final final final month, JUSTFAB charge me once again without my permission. And I have already skipped this month online. I don't understand why Great Britain has this big fraudulent company? There are so many people have been stolen by it, but the company still there HAPPily. I have to spend 6+1 credits (210 + 35 POUNDS) buy something I don't like in the whole year. All the things are "made in China", Yeah, from the country where I come from. Most of them are we young Chinese people never buy, because the quality is too poor. I like nice British people, I like the country! BUT, I hate JUSTFAB! Who can tell me why the country allow this F**K company exist?
This was such a trap! You buy one pair of shoes and are charged $40 next month for nothing! Then they say they can't refund you!
I ordered 2 pair of boots from justfab.com for total 39.95 - after a week of waiting they still havent been shipped. I decided i no longer want them. In the meantime, they have 2 separate holds on my bank account for 39.95, total 79.90 and i never received anything. I cancelled my account and the 1 order. They have a hold on my account for a December membership without an order, and when I asked for a refund, they denied the hold existed, even claiming that I was confused, and told me to contact my bank.
I absolutely will go to my bank tomorrow! I looked into the details of the holds and they are both from justfab.com, I am not confused. The person denied that I was billed for December, which my bank account shows differently. As well as, if I want a refund for the non-shipped, non received boots, he then said I would have to go to my bank about that too!

Literally signed up for this VIP membership because it said it was free. Little do I know they charge you $40.00 bucks a month if you don't choose to skip the month between the 1st and the 5th of the month. Which it had no details about in the signup. Then of course I wanted to cancel my account; and to do so you need to call or use a chat system. I first tried to use the chat and sat on the page for a half an hour to find no one from the business connecting with me. So I decided to call and it was a computer that asked for the phone number associated with the account. On my account there is no phone number or option for a phone number on the account. So I called 3 separate times trying to figure it out. Then finally the next day I tried the chat again because I really wanted to cancel these VIP memberships. So I sat on the chat page for a whole hour before getting connected to someone who was very rude and ended up disconnecting on me. So I refreshed and connected with someone who was finally able to help me out and explain it all. This process took way too long and the customer service overall was horrid. I will never do business with this company again.
I was pleased with my order at the time I received it and thought that I had gotten a good deal but little did I know I had been signed up for some type of "Vip Membership" when it charged my card $39.95 monthly. Luckily I caught it after the first month and immediately canceled however it still charged my card. When I called to cancel I had to raise my voice at the person on the phone because she kept trying to get me to keep the account and wouldn't cancel it. Also the boots that I got were cheaply made. Company is just trying to scam costumers into making money read everything carefully when you sign up so you don't end up getting charged for nothing like I did! Would not recommend!
Never been happy with this company and how they have ran but recently I went almost a year without paying a membership fee and one day out of the blue they charge my account. Not really sure how they got my new credit card number since I only had it for a couple of months but they figured it out and charged me. I never submitted my new credit card information into their system so I'm not sure how they figured it out. Currently waiting for my new card to get here in the mail. Fingers crossed they don't figure my new credit card information out again. Frauds.
They created a special offer hiding all the conditions I suppose. They will give you very interesting prices for one day and after if you don't realize they will take £35 every month to be their special VIP customer. What a joke!

They were taking my money out without my permission and had the audacity to have an attitude when I started questioning them. Please whoever reads this DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST, MISTRUSTFUL, COMPANY! You will regret it and end up pissed off with less money in your bank account. I yelled at them and finally they gave me back my money but one man was trying to negotiate with me as to why I should stay. Hello why would I stay with a fraudulent scammer company that uses cheap material to make average/poor shoes and tries to pass it off as a good thing. Just fab is just trash.com
Foreign customer service agent that make you constantly repeat what you're calling for! Twice their stupid voice recognition system "Anna" that understands full sentences has cancelled my order and then the item is no longer available when I go to reorder it!
You have to go in every month to skip the month before the fifth. I do this every month and always get the confirmation email, but they still charged me as if I hadn't skipped the month.
Tried to cancel and they do everything, but cancel. Talk talk, talk, but no cancel. Do not start with them you will never get out. Fabkids just as bad.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
