A year ago I saw many adds for JustFab and really liked the look of their shoes. So I went ahead and ordered some while it showed they were having a "deal". I was unaware that this deal meant that you were signing up for a VIP membership that would charge you $39.95 a month counted toward credits for whatever you buy (as if I'm going to be buying a new pair of shoes every month). When I signed up and made my first order, whatever and wherever it said it would charge me each month this price was nowhere to be seen and not made clear at all. After 9 months of it charging me I finally noticed it in my bank account (foolish of me for it to take so long to notice). Unaware of why I was charged, I called my bank and they told me it had been doing this on the same day for the last 9 months. When I called JustFab to discuss this, it was only then did I learn about the credits for VIP membership and that if you didn't want to be charged each month, you would have to call before the 5th to "skip this month". Who's going to remember every single month to do this? That's unrealistic. I explained to them how this was not made clear at all and asked for my money back. They told me it was "impossible" but that I had to use the credits (9 months worth of getting charged $39.95). After arguing away with what felt like a computer or robot due to this person way too rehearsed for specific lines to say, I chose to use my credits before cancelling the account. The website is awful to use, is very slow, has many glitches, and it's clear it's not good for your device as shown by it heating up both my phone and computer while trying to use it. So I used up 8 credits, still frustrated about not being able to get my money back. I just now called to cancel my account, which they fought very hard for me to try and keep and told me I still had 1 credit left. I asked for my money back again, hoping since it was just ONE credit that they would do this. Their answer? "I'm sorry ma'am but that is just impossible seen that this was charged many months ago". Lady, I don't care if it was 2 years ago, this company is awful for doing this and not working with its customers in a reasonably financial way. I'm so frustrated. My advice, always read the super fine print before signing up for anything, and take MAJOR caution when dealing with this company and website.
Was about to purchase a pair of shoes when I said to myself better check reviews first. Boy, am I glad I did! For those who have been ripped off contact your credit card company, file a complaint and do a charge back. By LAW they have to return your money. When JustFab's bank gets enough of those they will shut down their ability to take credit cards. Visa and Mastercard does not play the game JustFab is playing.

I ordered a pair of shoes last September. I thought what I was doing was just a one time sale. Logged onto PayPal today and noticed they have been withdrawing from my account for the past 3 months. WTH?! An email before they just start randomly taking money from me would have been the appropriate and professional thing to do! I put in a request for a refund. We will see how that goes.

After 8 months of 2 hour calling and elongated chat messages. I just now 07June17 got a confirmed VIP cancellation notification in my email. I've called and the lines were too busy for over an hour. I would speak to a consultant and instead of canceling they would tell me what I already knew like 'skip the month' and try to convince me to stay instead and bribing me with a coupon multiple times after I pleaded with them to cancel the chat would suddenly end. I would try the chat room and not get a response or as i said get convinved to stay. It took waaayy too long to finally get someone to cancel I feel like there should be a button somewhere instead. I definitely don't need any extra 40/50$ bucks a month removed from my account when their products aren't the most unique and I only shop there once a year. The only reason i have 4 purses from them now is because I get too preoccupied to skip the month and it slips my mind. I ended up having numerous 2 credits for 80$ removed from my account. And their purses are pretty basic. Its pure robbery especially when the money could've been used for something important and instead all you have is gas money and credits for shoes you dont even like or want. I didn't even ask for VIP I thought it was just a basic rewards system not involving getting money removed from my account. Worse than a credit card. Gets 2 stars for crappy service and tricking buyers without clearly explaining money being automatically removed. At least Adoreme was so much better with their process and understanding for a membership like this and at least their items are unique and different.

I bought a $10 pair of boots three months ago. Today I get an email from Paypal say I am being charged $39.95. Never once when buying those shoes did it say you will be charged monthly and receive a "credit". I also never received an email asking me if I would like to "skip" the month and not be billed. I would never had signed up to be a "VIP" had I know this.
I called their customer service line and it took them 20 mins to even find the charge on my account, even though I provided them with every piece of information they asked for. They repeatedly asked me over, and over if I knew that they $39.95 was a credit, and could be used towards a purchase. I stated I knew that NOW and never planned on buying another pair. They FINALLY they agreed to cancel my membership and refund me my $39.95. Hoping I actually receive my refund...

I just wanted once pair of boots... It ended up making me VIP and charging me every month, (they say you get emails to cancel the charges they make to your card before the 1st but thats bull cause I got no such email) I proceed to get a hold of them to try and get my money back to which they give me sad customer service and make me feel stupid, "would you like me to explain VIP membership"... no I wouldn't I would just like you to cancel it so it stops taking my money. The shoes are cheap and don't last very long. One word. Ridiculous. I asked to delete my account and she just cancelled my VIP member ship... Now I have to figure out how to do it on my own.

JustFab, is basically a scam. After you stop using them and try to cancel your account with them they continue to draw money out of your account. Its been at least 3 years wince I've stop using JustFab and yet they continued to take money out of my account. I had to talk with my bank MULTIPLE times to have them stop but yet they continue to override them and take money from my account. They have taken at least 500 dollars out of my account and have replaced only half of it and if not that some of it.
Other than that JustFab sucks $#*! and their products aren't even good..

I don't normally leave reviews but had to as I am so surprised how many bad reviews are relating to the charge per month - I ordered a pair of boots and became a member, every month I have skipped for the last 7 months, no problem, no sneaky, hidden withdrawals, because this is not what they do, they state in every email they send, skip the month, it's clear, just SKIP and read more!

WardrobeIgnoredemiI have been mostly happy with justfab. The shoes are in mind not a high quality but not so poor they just fall apart. They look super cute and hold up just fine but keep in mind they are not high end. I have no complaints with the purses I have bought either I like smaller crossbody style and have trouble finding ones I like in stores but have been very happy with the ones I purchase here. The only issue I really have with them is in their clothing. Sizing seems to be hit or miss. One time an XL will fit but next time I have to exchange for a L. Their denim is cheap and cannot be bought if you are a tall girl or have long legs. I have a 31 inch inseam and have not seen any of their denim with longer than a 29 in a not crop denim crop denim is even shorter.
I have had no problems skipping a month which I do each month but end up purchasing something later in the month. I have been using them for 4 months now and the only problem I have had has been site glitches and customer service was no help so I missed out on a sale I wanted to take advantage of. I return for site credit because I know I will be shopping with them again and I rather keep all my money than lose the 5.95 restocking fee.
In a nutshell shop here if you are looking decent quality and cute things to spruce up your wardrobe. Keep in mind your order will MAKE you a member so be sure to read ALL the terms.

I bought an item last month. Exactly February 28. I didn't like the product because it was to big. I order extra small but unfortunately they don't have an small side. I tried and it was to big. I called them and ask for a return label. They provide me a return label. I return the dress the same day. I called them to ask when I will get my exchange product. They told me in about 1 week. I wait and wait for almost 2 weeks. I called and find out that they cancel my account and cancel my exchange product but they receive my item and keep it.
Now I'm trying to go on the website and it's not allow me. So I can't contact Justfab on the website. So I never receive my exchange dress and they keep my lace up indigo dress. I can't go inside my account because justfab delete my account. So I write the name of my email where I use to have my account with Justfab.

I am brand Ambassador with just fab on May12 i receive my supposed to be crop cut straight leg jean the quality of the pants was not hem the hem of the pants was not sewed at all looks like a regular cut off pants here is a link to my fb page to view the video so you can see the pants quality that was shipped. The scam tactic is to get people not to return the items by not adding a return label to the shipped items. The product quality is extremely poor. I liked justfab I had it for months. They aren't thieves they give you til the 5th to slip so if you don't want anything then skip. If you don't that's your fault. I did cancel my membership for a period of time when I wasn't financially able to keep it up and It was so simple. I went to the online chat and said I wanna quit and boom done. I will start again when I'm ready. They do have good products. Shoes are true to fit. Dresses not so much but buy one size smaller and you will be ok.

Besides the fact that you're forced to skip the month or be charged, what frustrates me is that because I don't shop regularly I have to get skip the month every time and I forgot to do so about 2 or 3 times, which went towards "member credits". I am going on vacation in 10 days so I decided it would be time to redeem my credits. I found 2 things I wanted, thought I was good to go and use my credits until I saw I was only able to use one of them. Apparently, you can't use your credits if the total amount in your cart is less than the total amount of the credits, so I spent 3 HOURS trying to find something else I didn't initially want to avoid spending extra money. Most of the things I also liked were either sold out or not enough for me to use my credits. It was a huge waste of time for me to end up having to spend money anyways and I think it shouldn't matter how much the items cost you should just be able to use however much you want to use from the credits and let the difference go towards your next purchase because not everything is $39.95 on the site. I was forced to either spend $39 or get something else that added up to that amount or more in order to use both credits. After this I am cancelling my membership, I am so upset that I had to waste all that time. Let's not even talk about the fact that you cannot erase your credit cards and your points (not credits) "expire" after a certain period of time. So whatever benefits from points you would get as a member you lose if you don't shop enough! What a scam

I ordered a pair of heels from them recently, in April hoping to wear them for my birthday. I got them for $9 because that was the promotion when you first sign up. Few weeks later, I get a email about a free JustFab kids outfit. I have nieces and nephews so I decided to get something for my neice. I just had to pay for shipping which was $4. I looked at my mobile banking app and noticed my account was less than it should be... a lot less... JustFab charged me full price for both items and I don't understand why. I just found out before writing this and I came on here to see if anybody else had similar issues and they did. I hope I'm able to get in contact with someone and no games are played or I'll just return both items because that's ridiculous

My niece placed a dress for her graduation in the shopping cart. As a gift to her I paid for it then I get another charge deducted from my account.
Called them and was told because she is a member they will automatically deduct from your card a monthly charge that us called a credit so she can order again
There is nothing on their web site that mentions this or to agree to this.
They wouldn't let me delete my card info from her account unless I placed a different card.
You are a very deceiving company to trick your buyers to buy more.
And now my Niece has called to cancel her membership and was told it will take up to 12 months to credit me for the unauthorized money they took from me
I hope people will look at these reviews before becoming a member.

Last month I contacted JustFab because I wanted to cancel my account. I originally was chatting with someone on Facebook then they disappeared so I kept trying to message and it took them 3 days to finally respond after I already spoke with someone else. I was told my account was cancelled. This month I get charged again. I tried contacting on Facebook again and no one answered, no matter how many times I try and message. I decided to do the chat and the session kept ending before I could speak with anyone. Finally I get in contact with someone and they tell me that there is no history or confirmation of my account cancellation. Last month the person on Facebook had said they saw I got in contact with someone and that it was being processed. I mention this to the lady and she tries telling me that I can just skip a month if I don't want to be charged. I finally said NO. I want my account cancelled and a refund. I finally got it cancelled.

I ordered boot back in December and loved them (even though they were cheap looking) but you get what you paid for. Then months later after NOT purchasing anything since and they've charged my visa 50$ for nothing! Emailed them and they won't do anything about it. Thieves is what they are. Avoid this site!

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
