My boots arrived in time. They are stylish. I get compliments every single day i wear them.
CONS: They are not durable. I live in Massachusetts and my feet gers cold inspite if my socks. The sole has been cracking little by little so i got 2 new ones because i need them its still cold. But am hoping this time, its durable. Same with sandals i bought for my 2 daughters. They are stylish but didn't ast past a few months.Very Disappointed.

I purchased 8 pairs of shoes and literally half of them the inner souls were not glued down. Very disappointing to have that many defective shoes

I have a hard time shopping on JustFab, because there's always so many great styles to choose from, I can hardly decide and limit myself! But no matter what I end up buying, I'm always very happy with! I may not wear them right away or all the time, (because I have so many options to choose from lol), but they always look good when I do wear them and I love them. Only 1 tiny "issue" I have, is I wish there was a little more padding for the ball of the feet in the higher heeled boots, shoes, etc. That way when they are worn longer, our feet might not get so sore. But other than that, you've got a loyal customer for life!

Site is easy to navigate, checkout process is easy. Delivery is prompt. The 4-star rating is due to product quality. I guess for the money the quality is fine, but I generally prefer high quality shoes with lots of stability and support. These sneakers are super cute but higher on style than quality.
