I've been loving these shoes! The colors are fun, and they're surprisingly good quality. My only two hang ups are that the bottoms are soft and slippery, so I just bought those non-skid shoe bottom sticker things, which has worked great. Also, the sizing is inconsistent. My first haul, I bout in my size 7.5 and they all fit. My second haul, the 7.5s were too big, so this time I ordered 7s and they are too small. So far exchanges have been fine, but they take a little while. Overall I'm enjoying it.
$#*! the whole company stealing money from people. When i updated my payment method they simultaneously charged me a new membership fee and overdrafted my account.
Honestly, feeling more and more disappointed by Just Fab. Poor quality, very unflattering fits - does not seem to be sized properly (different size, top, and bottom, and irregular fits.) I never know if the shoes are going to be too small or too big - like way too big. Returns are not convenient.
My wife was happy with her gifted lastest pair of Zola Wedge Sandals. They are perfect. Looked same as shown. She was glad to have them for her. Thank you
Since 2022 I have called and written requesting the termination of this agreement with being automatically charged monthly $49.99 for a service I have only used once or twice and have no interest in continuing and have been ignored. I believe that I should be reimbursed for all those monthly charges since my request from last year to cancel the subscription.

I ordered two pairs of sandals from JustFab and I never received them. I reported it to them and they suggested I contact the USPS. Well, I did and I haven't heard anything about my shoes since then. I'm very disappointed.
Agent was very helpful and took care of my issue. She answered all of my questions.
I ordered 5 items! I only received 4 of my items! I was looking forward to wearing the sunglasses on my vacation. I looked and they are not available now to reorder after I request a refund
I received a notification that the package was delivered but it never arrived, I tried to contact the shipping company but they didn't answer me either and I haven't received my boots.

I have been a VIP for probably about a year now, and the whole VIP/reward / discount thing when you're buying shoes can be maddening! It's like you can use your membership fees to buy shoes and use your rewards but you can't use a discount at the same time but you can use a discount + VIP but no rewards, or something like that. I still don't understand it. And I have no idea what the prices on the product detail pages reflect, but shouldn't you get the price shown regardless of how you're paying? I don't know, or all seems kind of wonky. The return process kind of sucks too. I bought some boots awhile ago, and the second time I wore them both of the little shoelace hooky things at the top popped out. Since I had worn them already, though, I couldn't return them or exchange them for something different. All that being said, though, I do really love their shoes. I've purchased maybe around 10 pairs of boots and a pair or two of shoes and they've mostly been great. I even found some that I like so much I bought two more identical pairs when I got paint on the first ones.

So Far I love most of my shoes, I have had issues with 2-3 pairs but that's nothing from all the shoes I have bought, and the last 3 pairs I am really happy with.

I hadn't purchased anything in quite some time because I found most things to be "too young." Then, I saw the dress I knew would be perfect for a June wedding I will be attending. I continued looking and found just the most adorable top, on sale, so I bought it as well. Both items are amazing. Glad I took more time to shop. I'm even encouraged to perhaps buy something else, soon!

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
