I've been ordering clothes here for a long time and had only the best online experience so far. Her clothes always fit her well, the material is of good quality and she is very chic and fashionable. Everyone asks me where I buy my clothes. SheIn is my first choice when I want to go shopping on the internet. Customer service and delivery are fantastic too! I highly recommend this online store.
I bought a boot for Christmas, the boot is ok. But now after two months they took money from my account, they told me it was for a VIP card. But I never applied for this card. I never had any interest in having a VIP card from this store. Now I have to deal with the headache of calling the bank, canceling the card... I'm totally disappointed

So I noticed on my bank statement this month that JustFab had double charged my account so I chose to look into it for the past couple months to come to find out they've been double charging my account for the last three months and when I called all they told me they have only one authorization payment on their side. But my bank statement show was it literally shows me they have double charged me two different reference numbers on my bank statement for the last three months. So when I called today to confront them, they said oh we refund you the $150 back to the last three months but on top of that they took away three credits so basically still they stole $150 cause they charge me $300 for the last six months and only refunded me 150 and took away my three credits, JustFab is a fraud and they sit there and say that it's just pending account. That's a bunch of because all my payments went through. Beware do not give your credit card information to this company. And I will be having my bank go after them.

I'll try to keep it short and to the point. I have been with justfab as a "VIP" for 3 years now and I just have to say that their new "upgrades" to how your able to use YOUR CREDITS that they charge every month is a scam. Basically when their is sales it doesn't matter because it will still be the SAME PRICE as you getting it when there isn't a sale. Example: I would save up credits (before they changed) and when there was a sale I was able to get more items as in, for my $49.95 credit if some boots were on sale for $20 I could get 2 right? Nope. Because now their credits only count how they want them to not the amount of money they charge you. I have loved these shoes for a long time and never thought I would leave but with this kind of false advertisement there is literally no point to being a vip. So disappointing and when talking to customer service I got NO explanation for their false advertising other than "this is our new policy". It's sad and it's false advertising and idk how they haven't gotten in actual legal trouble yet.

I didn't want a return in the first place, I wanted an exchange, but they couldn't do that. So they gave me half of the money in store credit. I called them because I wanted the money refunded, not just in store credit, and they refused to give me the whole amount that I paid in the first place.
So, this was a waste of money and time.
I do not recommend ordering from them.

I had no idea I had even signed up for a VIP membership when I bought a pair of shoes. They had been charging me $70 Canadian a month for this VIP account to get good deals. Nothing is a good deal when you're being charged a ridiculous monthly fee. Buyer beware! Such a scam! I'll never shop with them again!

So, I've been going to Just Fab/Shoe Dazzle website every day for the past 6months looking for 3 pairs of boots that I really really wanted. They have been sold out for the whole 6 months, contacted Just Fab/ Shoe Dazzle they told me that they have no idea when these boots will be back in stock. I'm like it's a company you don't know when your inventory will be replenished. Customer service/Support was no help at all, and as of right now 12/10/23 the boots are still out of stock making this 7 months now instead of 6. Months

I have been shopping with Just Fab for over 5 years now and I enjoy their products. I had complained in the past about the packaging and shipping of shoes, boxes being smashed and badly damaged, and this has NOT been the case of late. Thank you for packing the shoes and boxes in a more sturdy manner. It really makes a difference. My shoes always fit great and hold up well.

I love this company and the shoes but everytime I receive my delivery one or more of the boxes are damaged, which is disappointing. I like to store my shoes in their original boxes and when they come crushed and marred I often have to re-box them.

It was honestly super easy to order, the shipping was fast and the return was just as easy. The sizing system for the boots I got were a little odd, so it ended up fitting a little too perfect. Very close in the toes. So I requested a size up and sent it back, at no extra cost to me. It's only been about a business week so fingers crossed

I recently purchased a pair of studded shoes and wore them the very next day after they were delivered. One of the studs fell off; I included in my review that the shoes were super cute but that I was disappointed due to the aforementioned. Liz/JustFab (or Lia-both names were listed) did me a solid and allowed me to swap the shoes at no additional price! THAT'S what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been getting payments taken when I've already skipped and so I requested a credit. Other options were suggested which I declined and a credit to my bank account was issued. The rep was polite and gave me his best. I appreciate the service I get from JustFab.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
