Surprised with the quality and they were in great condition. It's funny though because my family doesn't like buying or shopping online but now they want to get shoes from here too.
This company has RIPPED me off for not just over $2000. IN MEMBERSHIP Fees Of $49.95 a mo. That never went towards anything.
But over $2750. In merchandise WHICH I've RETURNED. OVER 2 YEARS AGO. HERE IS THE PROBLEM: I USED THEIR size chart for each item I ORDERED. Insuring me a good accurate FIT…When RECEIVED items NOTHING FIT. They didn't fit me, my daughter, my 2 granddaughters, 6 nieces, When calling them they ensured me my MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED.
After 2 weeks I Called Speaking With Accounts Dept. They ACKNOWLEDGED my Account was Credited. And my REFUND would go back on my CARD ACCOUNT. Again 10 days nothing. Called weekly for 4 months nothing. 6 months needed account #. Said OKAY went to PNC CALLED with account #. OH WE'LL SEND A CHECK
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. FROM THE NICE LOOKING CLOTHES ON SITE…IT'S SIZE CHART…CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS….ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT ENSURING YOU A REFUND.
RUN CLOTHES LOOK NICE. BUT THEY SEND YOU Material With STITCHES….
IF They Have Knowingly Now Ripped OFF Someone on SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME (SSI). They'll RIP-OFF THEIR OWN MOTHER.

I received my package very quickly! I have a regular sized foot with a larger calf; so my boots fit my legs fine(with a little more space than I really needed.) However, my foot had way too much space! I purchase another pair of boots a month ago and it was wide, not extra wide and they didn't fit at all. They were a different fabrication though.
I also bought some super cute sneakers, I wore them twice already but I could have ordered a half size smaller an it would have been a snugger fit.

I usually wear a size 7 but the JF 7 was a bit tight. Go up half a size for a true fit. Not sure if they sell half sizes

My order never arrived. Your way of shipping is the worst I have ever seen. I work in logistics and that shipping company you use is by far the worst I have ever delt with not very reliable.

Everything was good, except that the shoes seem to be bigger than I expected so for those planning to purchase, choose a size one level lower than your usual :)

Ordered shoes for the first time from Just Fab. They came super fast but were slightly too big. I called customer service and they made the exchange process so easy for me. Will definitely continue to shop at Just Fab!
