My assistant, his name sounds like Larshki. He was professional, patient, answered all my questions and solved my problem in about 20 minutes. I gave him access to my computer, which I was hesitant to do, but I needed to resolve my email problems so I took the chance. I did a quick check in Google and saw the company was legitimate. I would have no problems doing it again in the future. I recommend the company gives the customer the name of the assistant at the time the request for feedback is made.

Mission accomplished quickly, effectively and privately without having to bother others! We've got this and I am grateful!

Called around and no vet wanted to see my pet chicken. She was very sick. Dr Mike sent me a treatment plan with common prescription medicines used by vets to treat dogs and cats along with dosages for a chicken that I could take to local vet. I did take the plan to the vet along with my chicken and they followed fairly close to the plan. I was so relieved to get treatment for my chicken! I was so shocked by the lack of local veterinary care for chickens. I really thought she was going to die until I found JustAnswer online. Thank You! Had an issue with a thermostat replacement. The new thermostat did not seem to work. Having called tech assist by the manufacturers before and getting the step by step what to do responses, I decided to try something else. Pulled up JustAnswer and in seconds got an answer from an on line operator. Signed up and within a couple minutes I had Billy online answering all my questions. This kind of response is amazing and got me quickly to a decision on what to do.

I was impatient initially because I wanted an answer yesterday. I had an emergency because I had improperly placed a brace on my dog's paw and it had swollen so much that it almost looked as if was beyond help. However, the doctor vet here was so efficient and told me exactly what to do. But more importantly, his tone was reassuring, letting me know that all would be well. I made a few mistakes here and there trying to medicate my doggie. He corrected me but in a gentle way. My doggies is well on his wat to recovery. Thank you very much!

Dr. Altman was very knowledgeable and was spot on with her diagnosis of my puppy. She responded to my request within minutes and gave me great advise and a link to read up on what she though was wrong with him. I followed what she told me to do and after 2 days he was back to his mischievous self. I was hesitant about using an on line vet service and thought I am just going to waste my money. But it was Sunday and an emergency vet would have cost a fortune so I let it roll. I am so happy I did. I will definitely use this service again in the future and I 100% recommend it. I have a happy boy again.
