When the chat with plumber came up, a notice of more than $25.00 to continue with plumbers assistance. I complied again since I had spent a week trying to locate the manufacturer on line. He was sincerely trying to help I sent pictures he requested during our 20 minutes of conversation. I did not here back having sent pic's until the next day requesting if the plumber was able to help me. I had already contacted MOEN directly by phone the young lady was able to tell me the manufacturer "Valley". In 15 minutes. She also gave me the cartridge model number, and a phone number in New York to order it. Thank you MOEN. I DON'T BELIEVE I WILL BE USING YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.

Confusing to say the least you were upfront about the $46 fee. Your website is totally confusing could not navigate through it and then I look at my account and there's a $46 charge and you don't do that until the end you need to say that first cause it's not five dollars it's $46 you guys are liars.

Very convenient resolution for a technical problem
My dog ate something he shouldn't have. We weren't sure if it was necessary to take him to the ER. The vet assessed the situation and said it wasn't necessary to take him in, and now he's doing fine. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
