Second, I clearly indicated that I needed to chat via text since the issue was with my iPhone. What then did they do? They called. I ended up driving to an AT&T store and they took care of my concern in less than 5 minutes at no charge.

I was told there would be a $5.00 refundable charge for using your service. My AMEX Card has just been charged $46. I have no intention of paying that charge.

My problem is a little complicated, but the responding technician gave me a plan to resolve the issue.
I purchased and received 3 Moen safeguards bars. They came without brackets for attachment to tile.I found on the internet Moen bracket that I thought was compatible with the bars an I just wanted confirmation before I ordered.
You made me supply a credit card so you could charge ME 4 for the information (on your product) and kept me waiting for more than 15 minutes for an answer that I never received

I've been helping my mother clean out her attic and basement and finding many antique items of which we know nothing about. The experts on JustAnswer are able to tell me about the items and their value. I'm glad we didn't just throw them out!
Clinics were closed on weekends as well as the hospitals were full as usual. So my last source was to ask a professional online. Mind you, I even did it with online chat, even though the price of it was a tad too high for anyone's liking, the solution and time spent with the doctor was amazing and fast.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
