My guy helped me set up my REL T9i subwoofer with special connections to my Marantz cinema 40.
Everyone struggles with this setup and there is no info online or through REL or Marantz! He did his research and saved me tens of hours of trying to figure it out myself!
I've used JustAnswer for our French bulldog three times now! The vets I've worked with on a Zoom call and via chat have been great. I use the calls to see if I need to go to the emergency vet right away or wait until the morning because the dog always eats chocolate or something else on a Sunday night! An example of one of my calls to JustAnswer. Then we had an issue with our 2003 Saturn Vue, it's so old not many mechanics know how to fix it anymore so I headed to JustAnwer and sure enough I was connected to a mechanic who was able to answer my question in less than 10 min. The three calls alone about our dog have been well worth the monthly fee.
Overall, the connection took a while, but once I was live with a technician, the person was very informative and helpful with my problem. I haven't had a chance (yet) to address the issue I presented my technician with, but I feel it will be the correct course of action for the problem.

After the answer, I was enrolled without my consent by fraud, only to find out I had been debited an additional $30 for a one-month membership. This is fraud. I deleted the membership immediately. This JustAnswers is a FRAUD. USERS SHOULD BEWARE. I just reviewed it on Trustpilot, X, and other reviews; it's the same complaint. Businesses built on fraud and cheating will crumble. It will not last.
I submitted a question and was asked for my credit card info. I was told I would be charged $1. Instead I was charged $1 and then another $55 A MONTH which apparently I signed up for in the pages of legalese I agreed to. Stay far, far away from this company and whatever you do, don't give them your credit card information.
Update: After several emails, I finally got my money back. For this reason I upgraded their rating to two stars. I really could have done without the frustration and waste of my time. Please be sure you know what you're signing up for before you hand over your credit card info.

I was hacked and FaceBook disabled me. Our chat was good but did not solve my problem. I thought they would advocate for me but instead sent me links to read. That was my problem that I did not understand the FB links information. I was guided by the person who was helping me. He was always there for me to vent and guide me, but my FaceBook problem was not solved. I had to create a new account. Lost everything on FB from 10 years history.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
