I had arranged for an expert to come to my house to fix a problem with my printer. They couldn't come for 10 days. I decided to do a search on the internet. JustAnswer popped up. I explained my problem and within a few minutes they fixed my problem. Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment with the other group.

Got great advice and did the recommended trouble shooting sadly to no avail but even with the $57 monthly fee it saved me at least $150

Mike was very friendly and helpful. He listened to my problem carefully and suggested a solution thhat worked the first time. Mike was supportive and never made me feel inadequate as I struggled to explain my issue. It was one of the best interactions I've ever had working with him.

Couldn't get thermostat to unlock. The team did a super job by sending a video of the process. I didn't know model number but they were awesome with instructions.

I did not realize this was available and it proved very helpful. I fell for one of those " to good to be true" ads. Since this has happened before I try very hard to completely check out before buying. Well they still get you. When I saw charge onCC as being in China could not cancel order. They do give tracking info but when it supposedly gets delivered no one can find it. This site took the tracking info and checked all delivery options and is not anything they could find ( no way I would have the information on how to contact every company). They definitely advised disputing it with credit card company.

Sadly tomorrow I will be putting her down as the stroke robed her of her bodily functions

I paid a $5.00 fee to have a question answered. Just Answer then signed me up for a membership and they charged me an additional $43.00. I never saw this fee, never agreed to a membership. Just a big scam to take your money.

After asking about why one of my good towels would have been almost torn in half, I was given a thorough set of reasons as to why that may have happened - everything from overstuffing the washer to not having enough water in the tub to sprockets needing to be replaced - which, for a newbie, was reassuring. When I asked where I could get replacement parts, I was given that info as well. Again, reassuring...

JustAnswer is a pretty quick way for me to get professional Veterinarian advice, however some responses can take up to 24 hours. It took them about 6 hours to respond to my concern about our sick chicken, Sweetpea. She had decreased in her activity and her face & comb were very pale. Dr. Mike was quick to ask many questions to narrow down what the problem might be. I also sent him pictures and a video of her so he could see how she was behaving and acting. In the end he suggested that I deworm Sweetpea, since she had never been, and they can pick up parasites when free ranging in the yard. Also to give her an antibiotic, because could be a secondary bacterial infection caused by parasites. He provided links to several different kinds of dewormers, so we could find one available in stores by us, or purchase online. We do not have a bird veterinarian close to us, so it is so nice being able to get quick answers online from JustAnswer. Only had to pay the monthly rate of $39, which is much cheaper than going to your local Vet. Highly recommend JustAnswer for Veterinarian advice!

I now have a good idea what to insure my painting for.

After installing a new toner cartridge, the printer indicated that it was empty. Tried several remedial steps like ensuring it was properly seated in the drum, no foreign objects interfering with seating, and finally unplugging the printer and plugging it in again to reboot. Nothing worked. Turned to Just Answer and the technician quickly determined that the toner counter needed to be reset! Success!
