We had the vet call us, we spoke with Dr. Debby, she was very helpful and interacted professionally and compassionately with us.
I had no internet connection yet all other devices in the house had internet. Although I rebooted both my PC and router, still no connection. The tech support patiently talked me through unplugging the PC, including the wifi adapter and wa-la, it worked. So grateful even though we could not determine why it happened. My guess was an update - always seems to cause issues.
One technician did everything he knew to assist me on fixing my problem but it didn't work. The second technician offered to proxy into my laptop remotely and fixed the error. All is well now.

Since this has happened before I try very hard to completely check out before buying. Well they still get you. When I saw charge onCC as being in China could not cancel order. They do give tracking info but when it supposedly gets delivered no one can find it. This site took the tracking info and checked all delivery options and is not anything they could find ( no way I would have the information on how to contact every company). They definitely advised disputing it with credit card company.
Sadly tomorrow I will be putting her down as the stroke robed her of her bodily functions
I paid a $5.00 fee to have a question answered. Just Answer then signed me up for a membership and they charged me an additional $43.00. I never saw this fee, never agreed to a membership. Just a big scam to take your money.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
