The assistant who helped me was exceptionally knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to remedy the situation. She was kind, polite, and very helpful. I forgot her name, but she needs a promotion and at the least, a raise.
It was going great and then he quit answering my questions. All I needed was do I need to call a repair man, he never answered me
The clean light on my dishwasher was on and beeping. Just Answer connected me with a tech that explained the issue and how to fix it. Took me about 20 minutes and a lot of headaches. Issue fixed. Great service.

Received marginally adequate guidance from Just Answer. The "expert" doubled down on what he said the first time which was nothing but a failing effort. I will submit the Form 8822B (which is for a Change of Address) along with the letter and accompanying materials I sent the first time to the IRS. And I did, in fact, send them to exact address that my expert had. I'm simply at a loss for words to explain the guidanace I have received on my inquiry.
