I responded NO, since the charge was supposed to be $5.00. I was then told by the website that they would refund the $65.00 and sorry for the confusion. However, my credit card company had already cancelled my card and had ordered another card, creating a big inconvenience for me. The tech was knowledgeable and helped me with my question.

I've been having trouble with keys on oven controls. I had ordered some parts that did not do the job. So, while researching troubleshooting the oven I encountered the site that I had used once before. Dan the technician was patient and helpful. I feel better about ordering the correct part of if I can find one.
The biggest scammer of the century they trick you in the beginning and tell you it's a five dollar one time fee and as soon as you put your credit card, they charge you $39 and then tell you it's nonrefundable and then you still don't even get your question answered

My 72 year old mother locked her iPhone up and I was looking on the internet to try and help her. Thats where the thiefs got me! They said it would be $5 and when I already hit the pay button it was $45 yes scams everywhere!

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
