Waste of time and Money

I was told I would be charged $5 and was charged $65 +$5, for a session with a doctor, which turned out to be a no info 10 sec call and I was told I would be getting a follow-up call from a pharmacist, which of course never occurred.

Help to get phone left in Uber back.

This morning I used Uber to get from my car to a medical facility. I received a "check in now" from the medical center and tried to do so.
I'm not the best texter and somehow my phone never made me back in my purse.
I contacted the "help center"when I got home. The person I texted back and forth with told me how to download the Uber app to my iPad. I was able to do that which was amazing since I am the least technical person in the world. I clicked on "lost item" and completed the information. I'm waiting for my driver to call me back. The technician I worked with was extremely patient and helpful!

Eric was great!

Eric was able to determine the issue I was having needed a technician at Microsoft to correct the problem. He put me in touch with them and after almost an hour, the issue was finally resolved. Eric was pleasant, courteous and patient. He was a delight to speck with.

Washer spring clamp mystery resolved

Very happy w/ the help I received however I was led to believe I was being charged 5 dollars for the service. Be aware there is an additional $40 charge which I was not aware of until after the process was over.

Tire Warranty

The set of four tires installed on my car when I bought it were guaranteed by the manufacturer for 65,000 miles. When I took the car in for the mandatory state inspection, all four tired failed the minimum tread depth required by the state. This was at 43,226 miles. The attorney advised me that the tire manufacturer is responsible to reimburse me for the percentage of the difference between the guaranteed miles and the actual miles when the tires were failed by the mechanic or 33.5% of the cost of the replacement tires.
If the manufacturer fails to do so, take the claim to the Small Claims Court.

Dr Adrien addressed my concerns promptly regarding my young Nigerian dwarf buck's head swelling, head tilt, and Dr Adrien addressed my concerns promptly regarding my young Nigerian dwarf buck's head swelling, head tilt, and change in demeanor after head butting our other young buck. The Dr asked questions regarding changes in behavior, eating/drinking habits. I was able to send a current picture showing his stance, which led the Dr to believe I needed to get him to the vet to check for neurological damage. I was comfortable with the Dr's assessment.

A scam

The so-called vet repeated what I told her... So your dog has an ear infection, an the best treatment would be antibiotics but you need to see a vet for this...
This vet was not able to write a simple prescription. All she did was to tell me to go to a vet... And she charged me $49 for this...
Avoid at all cost. It is a scam.

Weekend call out

I called in because o got scammed from a person passing as a family member I had not talked to in years staying he was being detained at the airport for undeclared money, anyhow the lawyer said there was nothing I can do since I wired money in cash through money gram.

I was so reassured!

Just Answer has come to my rescue for the 2nd time this past Saturday. Had an urgent need for vet reassurance that my own vet wasn't available to help with. Contacted Just Answer and within a half hour the vet returned my call. When your pet children need you right away, that is so important. I will recommend the service to all my friends who are pet parents!
