I received at least 3 emails about getting a 20% discount for my birthday but when I tried to use it it didn't work. Live Chat said I only got 10% on the piece. I have shopped before and got a 10% discount so I thought it was legitimate to expect the discount as advertised. I went ahead and bought the item but I probably shouldn't have because now I am not as satisfied..

I do love this store. However, the customer service when I tried returning the bracelet that was a gift for someone else, just to change the size but can't get through to someone picking up the phone. Perhaps I will try sending an email. Other than that, J. R. Dunn's is a place I would 100% buy from again and I have almost zero complaints. I will still keep coming back.! They are doing a great job to service us through the pandemic.
