We shopped around online and at other store front locations for our new Michele watch, and aside from the Michele website, JR Dunn was the only one to offer this particular style. JR Dunn also offered a better price. We are also happy that a portion of the payment was donated to a charity of our choice.
Pick up in the store was safe, fast and efficient. I did not receive a product review or inspection with anyone at the store. This did not bother me but some customers may wish to inspect the item before it is prepared and bagged for delivery.
Living in a smaller city, we are limited in our choices, especially when it comes to jewelry. We have some very nice jewelry stores, but sometimes they just don't have what I need/want. It was just the luck of the draw that I found your website. The site offered s
O many choices, and you had exactly what I was looking for. In fact, there were so many nice choices, it took me a while to make my selection. When I finally did, I checked out, paid for my purchase, and then immediately received a confirmation email informing me that my purchase had been received. After receiving updates on delivery, within days, it was at my door. My purchase came in very secure packaging and, upon opening it, I found a nicely wrapped piece of beautiful jewelry. Ordered a Gucci mans bracelet, it was on your web site but it was not available. I had to wait 3 weeks. It would be nice if I had known that before I ordered, since it was a birthday gift.
I purchased earrings for my niece's birthday and they weren't in stock. When I received the email saying they'd take 1-2 weeks to arrive I mentioned they were a gift and was hoping they'd arrive within 1 week. J.R. Dunn's representative said it couldn't be guaranteed but would do their best to expedite. And the earrings did arrive on her birthday and she says they're very special and beautiful:-)

Very disappointed in these earrings. Considering the price the materials are poor quality. The ear wire is very thin and does not stay stationed in ear without pushing plunger way up.The earring stone is nothing special and I would not recommend this purchase.
