Good product and good customer service hampered by poor shipping. Shippers prevented J&P's delivery guarantee. This Sitejabber sent me an email asking to to confirm delivery. I had not received the product so I was directed to send an email to customer service. The gal was nice, they gave me a $15 credit to the account. Just recommend not giving a shipping arrival date guarantee, especially the last couple of years.

Product us very good. The sale was a great value. It "guaranteed " Christmas delivery. That. Was false. It didn't arrive until 12/30/2024. When I tried looking the order up on JP it stated I had no orders. So I wasn't sure if or when we would receive the product
A bit disappointed with the overall quality of the part. It just seems cheap. Does not come close to comparing with HD OEM parts. Will probably be returning the part. The metal is just really thin and lightweight. I'm afraid that it will not support the weight of my rear signal lights without breaking.

She waved the 995 fee and said she was sending a shipping label for return. I still haven't received that overall other than the website no being accurate the people I've dealt with we professional and polite just wish the part had fit. I've been looking on your site and as soon as I get it in the wind I'll probably by some items I've been thinking about...anyways I figured I'd give it a few more days for the label so I can send it back or possibly swap for store credit on another item
