Nice and easy! Ordering was a breeze and it took no time at all to receive them. Everything was there and installation was good.
Able to navigate parts easy, customer support was easily answered and understood the goal of what l was going for on custom build. Little disappointed on fenders as the steel used is much thinner than previous years and does not stand up to non rubber mounted engines (vibration from earlier harley models) would rather pay more for a better quality fender than having to replace and repaint new one
I have ran into shipping problems several timea in the past few months. The problems usually are FedEx related. Let me know when you stop using FedEx and I will renew my membership and continue doing business. Until then, I will purchase parts for my business elsewhere.

Quick and easy, good experience during the purchase and after. The product came packaged nicely. The only issue I had there was an additional o-ring that I didn't need for the primary oil. It had a plug that didn't take an o-ring.
These wear rings were supposed to fit my 2000 ultra classic but did not.
