It was fast and easy and I got what I ordered. I've used customer service in the past on different orders and they've always been fast and courteous. I always prefer the face-to-face of the store in Sturgis but when that is not a possibility, ordering is a breeze.

You list the part as fitting however that is incorrect JMP's website is not correct I called the manufacturer. Then I had to spend $10 to FedEx ship back to you the RMA and I haven't heard anything since. Not satisfied

Ordered online as usual. Confirmation came immediately. Shipping was as scheduled but delivery was delayed by one day from original scheduled delivery. Looks like it was a FedEx issue, but no explanation was provided. Not a big deal for me and wasn't a J&P problem. J&P continues to be my go to for parts for my bikes. Thanks!

I tried shopping else where for my stator, but you guys were the only ones who had it available. But with that being said the stator has been installed for servals days now and I'm happy with the results

Im always happy except one time they had the wrong tank listed for my specific bike. Other than that, they have been great, and that was a minor mistake and nobody is perfect. Shipping always made it quick.
