Waste of money

Bought item through walmart. Noticed it was going to wrong address. Called walmart they said call 3rd party seller [joybuy] joybuy said call walmart. Sent to an address I never heard of No help or explaination at all.

Terrible
October 19, 2021

Terrible customer service. Item missing from order. Got the total runaround - telling me to check with the neighbors. Post office, even my bank! I responded to every email. But received an email telling me they were closing my file because they hadn't heard from me. Tried calling the number provided and only got voicemail. Did not get a replacement or refund. Rip off artists for sure!

Hammock

My son and I were ripped off by Joybuy. We purchased a hammock that was supposed to include a pillow, a steel stand, and a carrying case. They are saying they don't sell this hammock w/ these things, but I have screenshots of my emails from Joybuy that clearly state otherwise. I'm including these in my review, along w/ a photo of the hammock we received. We're very upset and disappointed in Joybuy... nothing joyful about buying from them. This is not how a business should treat its customers.

Ordered a simple product to connect hose to water faucet and it took forever to get it. Was promised it a month sooner than I finally got the product (which didn't have any directions with it). I had to call multiple times about why I had not received it yet. Would not order from this company again.

Rechargable Fogger

Don't buy this product! The so called company does not stand behind it. They have an odd 37 day return policy and guess when my product stopped working... 40 days. They will reply to you and give you a bunch of reasons why they won't refund your money or replace the item. BUYER BEWARE!

Beware!

Purchased item on Dec 1,2020 trough Walmart (or so I thought). Turns out it was a 3rd party seller - Joybuy. After Christmas I initiated the return process and was given until 2/22/21 to return. On 1/26/21 I took items back to Walmart. I was then told they could not accept them and given instruction on how to contact Joybuy. I received an email from them this AM saying I missed my window to return. So I am stuck.

The product was cheap and very poor quality.

DON'T RISK BUYING FROM THEM!

Good Customer Service

I ordered several items (and I mean several- ranging from clothes to jewelry) and the shipping time seems to vary greatly depending on what you buy. Some clothes come quick, some come slower, and the jewelry actually came early. Still waiting on one bulk order of clothing to come in, but there's still a week left for it to get here. So, for international shipping, I've been very satisfied. Also, their customer service has been great. Anytime I email them, they get right back to me, and are very polite.

Refund finally issued
October 27, 2020

Because they sent me childrens clothes instead of what I ordered, I threatened to go to the top with a complaint to Walmart Customer Care. They finally gave me a refund and told me to keep the pants. I will give to a charity so if you have a complaint, threaten them with Walmart and Federal Trade Commission. This doesnt say much for them though, so dont order anything from these thieves.

I ordered ear buds never received them, call Wal-Mart they gave me an email address to contact joybuy tried reaching out to the company no response. I will not buy anything from them again. Scam company

Warranty

Hello
Before you venture and buy products at high prices from the store watch out. The store is giving up the warranty. He doesn't answer the issues. It offers no solutions. You're going to lose your money. Don't buy expensive products from the store. There's no guarantee. The store is very bad and does not provide help or warranty after sale.
I don't recommend buying from the store at all.
I bought the MI AMAZFIT STRATOS Smart watch that broke down after about 3 months I filed a warranty claim I did not get a response to the case until 45 days later and the solution was to close the case only. I advise you not to waste your money with them.

Very bad store!

Very bad store! I bought a backpack on January 23,2019. The site indicated a shipment within 3 days. My order has not yet been shipped. This is a scam site. Do not buy anything from them.
