I purchased a dress from them and it did not fit. I have tried for days to contact them and all I get is an automated response that makes no sense to my questions of wanting to return it. I would not recommend them nor will I ever buy from them again. Money lost

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a rip off. They don't send out your merchandise and then when you try and get ahold of someone from there they expect you to pay to talk to them about their screw up. Stay far away from these people snd stay far away from Walmart too because they use these idiots all the time.

I purchased Pokemon Cards through Joybuy/Walmart Marketplace. They were fake cards. Joybuy claimed they were out of their time period. They were, but these were gifts and not realized until a few weeks past. Joybuy and Walmart refused relentless to refund me. I have made no progress with them. They are a complete scam.

FALSE ADVERTISING! BEWARE!

I purchased a suncatcher from joybuy. Photos showed sunshine gleaming through a pretty, lead-glass looking suncatcher.

I received a white, SOLID plastic item with a poorly xeroxed copy of a suncatcher glued to the plastic back!

I was astonished at the scam. Joybuy should be shut down.

Rip off company

I ordered a decorative, floating swan from Joy buy, through Walmart online. I received a small elastic hair tie with a bow! I later found out that I could have returned it to my local Walmart store very easily. Unfortunately, I started the return process online and was given the choice of printing out a shipping label at home and sending it out through the post office or receiving a QR code in an email and taking it to a FedEx Office site where they would print out the label from a QR code. I chose the FedEx Office option, not realizing that the local FedEx shipping sites are not the same as FedEx Office. Only FedEx office can print labels from a QR code. I had to go out of my way, to another town to ship it out.
Bottom line, the return was successful, I was issued a refund. This company is no good! I hope Walmart removes them from their platform soon. From now on, I will be more careful about looking at reviews before I place orders.

Purchased through Walmart with Joybuy as the seller. After weeks of waiting for my non back ordered item, I was sent a message that it was successfully delivered to an unknown address in a different state. They told Walmart they were shipping me a new one, but directly contacted me on the side to ask if I wanted a refund instead. When I would respond, they robotically started the conversation over again. Had to get Walmart to intervene again.

I ordered from them from the Walmart website and strongly suggest Walmart remove them package is mia and customer service is a joke for 4 days couldn't tell me where my package was then I tell them I no longer need it I bought else where they tell me due to pandemic they can't refund me I just have to wait for the item I don't need and then once I get it they can give me a discount but it hasn't even shipped yet so why can't they just cancel it? Because the pandemic is the answer I got. Grrr

Terrible Customer Service

I bought Nighteye/led #9005 Vehicle headlight replacement bulbs thru Walmart Market Place and the order was filled by Joybuy.
The box says Three Year Warranty and there is a card inside saying the same and what to do if the lights fail. Cut the wires off and send a picture of the failed bulbs for warranty claim.
I contacted Nighteye for warranty claim and they said it was up to Joybuy to take care of the warranty. As they were the seller
I had to have Walmart email Joybuy to contact me which they did. Joybuy would not respond to my Email's. After the run around of about six emails Joybuy said Walmart rules did not cover my buy.
I then called Walmart again and this customer service man took care of it by issuing an E credit for the product amount.
Walmart is looking into a ban on Nighteye and Joybuy as in my case this three year warranty was a SCAM
Advice for any one else with similar seller on Walmart Market Place, keep in contact with Walmart and they will try and make it right.
In my case even all the Emails between me and Joybuy, the Walmart customer service man could see with out me forwarding them.

Purchased an MP3 player from the WalMart website, was shipped a small plastic window scraper instead (probably worth around 50 cents or so). The window scraper said it was made in Hong Kong. This company is fraudulent, WalMart should not be doing business with them. If you buy products from them, they will ship you different products to register as delivered with WalMart but still attempt to charge you for their service.

Will not stop contacting

I unfortunately bought an item from them on Walmart.com. The item was not as pictured. Walmart had me contact them to try to resolve the matter. JoyBuy was not cooperative. They asked for the order number multiple times. I sent it multiple times. They asked for pictures multiple times. I sent them multiple times. They asked for proof of purchase multiple times and I sent it multiple times. Then they asked for a picture of the plastic shipping envelope. It could not be reused so I had thrown it away.
They contact me MULTIPLE TIMES PER WEEK. I have asked them to stop. They will not. I asked Walmart. They sent an email to them asking them to stop contacting me. THEY ARE STILL SENDING EMAILS BUT GETTING SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Scam

I ordered a ceiling light. My order was delivered to the wrong address. Contacted the post office only to find out that the item delivered was. 09 oz and in a small envelope. My order was a light in a box 12 in x 12 in x8 in. So the item that I would gotten was not anything close to a ceiling light. No refund because the item was delivered. I would choose zero stars but that isn't an option.

Horrible customer service

I ordered 5 items from this company which were all matching pajamas. They sent me all the items, except an incorrect size. I did not know this until a week before Christmas when I was wrapping presents for my family. I asked more than 5 different times through email if they can send out a new size, and I will send back out the incorrect size and they denied this. I also stated I needed to then return the entire order since my family would not be matching and they also denied this. They have terrible customer service. Their product is not good. And if they make a mistake, there is no way to have it rectified. I now have a dispute with my credit card company with this business because they are not sending me the item I paid for. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

I purchased something from them. The box came damaged and a little metal rod was missing to hold a shelf. I sent them a picture of being unable to put the one shelf and 2 times, despite descriptions and pictures, they said there was nothing wrong. Not to mention it didn't really look like the picture from the website to begin with
