JOMASHOP is probably the best online shopping g experience I've ever had considering tthe time saved staying home shopping vise driving to a mall and waste time. They have more and greater selections than what the store has to offer and you don't have to be intimidated. Getting judged by sales rep what items you have to looked at. Not like JOMASHOP you can look up an item the cost 35 -100k with ease. I love this site and I can access iit day or night at anytime. The best part of it, they always have great deals no matter what your looking for. I have recommended itt to all my friends in the US and abroad and most them love it... What really annoyed me was when customs held the watch up in australia and demanded 400$ there was no explanation.
I mean why attach the real value of the watch in the package when we have the reciept in email format...
Really annoying to hand over 400$ for no reason when this could have easily been avoided.
Going forward you need to ship luxury goods and look after your customers by not disclosing the cost of goods to customs.
I would rather give my money to you guys than customs in australia.

They're good, but the delivery took long. I called a few times and I heard different stories and then I was fonamlt able to have someone send of the package.

Bought a water proof watch that had a dead battery but wantee to use for an upcoming river rafting trip. Customer service offered a return / exchange that would take a few weeks to process or only $9.00 reimbursement to change the battery which covers less than 1/4 for the battery and seal and labor charge.
13 days waiting for my $3450 omega, when i paid for 2 days delivery after many called to CSR received many many lied about the order status now they toldme was out of stock and they are waiting for more watches, autorities need to do something with companies like this one sacmming people online.
