Suggestion: Sales directly to Brazil, plus with fair packaging (small size of the product only bubble plastic), for the freight to become attractive. With this, we could buy directly without using intermediaries in the United States.

Awful - never again. My item was a Montblanc pen for my daughter's graduation in memory of her dad. Never received the pen. The claim process terrible. The customer service gentleman was condescending and rude.
This experience and company reminds me why I never buy fine watches/jewelry from nameless purveyors who treat customers like transactions. I purchased a Michele Deco watch for my wife for her 40th birthday. Unfortunately, as it turns out, I was proactive and purchased this from jomashop.com 40 days prior to her birthday. When she opened it on her birthday, she pointed out that the model she had been wanting was a different model than I had purchased (hers had diamonds on band and was square faced). I called "customer service" and explained the situation and that I wanted to exchange the watch and pay the additional $600 to get the watch she wanted as the gift for her 40th. They said that even though she had only opened the box 24 hours ago, and merely looked at it, that since my initial purchase was made more than 30 days ago they could not exchange it, even for a more expensive item. The less than cordial customer service rep simply said "they" will not allow it, whoever "they" are. Shame on me for buying a gift ahead of time, I should have waited till the last minute like I usually do! However, for a company who's slogan of "We go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied" repeated dozens and dozens of times while I was hold for 17 minutes it seems like a bad business decision to turn down additional revenue and lose a customer for life. A local jeweler would have worked with me to ensure a positive outcome, an e-commerce factory like this does not. Buyer beware.

I've purchased several watches from JomaShop - including order #M16D4845. I've never received a damaged watch or packaging. I did order a watch that I simply didn't like which I returned for a refund (NOT some kind or store credit - but a refund of my money). My favorite so far is a Porsche Design Flat Six chronograph with an ETA-Valjoux Caliber 7750 movement for around $800 ($5000+ at the Porsche dealer). That was a rare bargain but all the watches I've bought have been well discounted - often cheaper than used versions on the forums. Some watches arrived with a missing tag or warranty card but will always had a Jomashop warranty card and full factory package. If that's a big issue - OK. I'm not a collector/trader as much as a buyer/wearer so I didn't worry about the tags, plastic, packing, etc. Live customer service people who usually know their products and can answer, or will find answers to questions.
