I have purchased several watches through this company and have been pleased with all of them. The quality is the same as from any other store but the prices much better. The shipping is quick and often free. One time I had to return a watch due to the fact that the face and band was just too large and I had no issues returning same with customer service/ online. I will continue to shop Jomashop!

After 15 days of sending emails still no response on my inbox to return it. Worst customer service ever.

Comprei no Jomashop e mandei entregar no hotel do meu cunhado. A compra chegou super rápido, eles ainda tinham controle do nome de quem recebeu e onde ela foi entregue no hotel - o que ajudou bastante pq o hotel fez uma confusão com o nome do pacote, mas foi tudo resolvido bem rápido. Comprarei de novo e indico. O preço é bem mais em conta que no Brasil.

What makes me very surprised was they delivered my order really fast. It took just 1-2 business days. Besides, the quality is uncredible. They gave alot of discounts, I thought that was a joke but i was wrong, their products are really good with that prices!
