First and definitely the last time, Placed an order 10 days ago and they still havent dispatched it, they dont reply emails, live chat doesnt work. Horrible customer service.
Finally got through yesterday and they refused to give me a refund insisting that they were dispatching it right then. Obviously that didnt happen so im still trying to contact them.
Whats worse is that they only provide a jomashop warranty which means im going to have to deal with this horrible customer service again at some point.
Im completely annoyed and dissapointed.
Also note that they dont have half the watches that are listed on their website. They order it from a 3rd party everytime they get an order. Its a suspicious company.

There are great many things to choose from the site. It is good to have so many items that you can look up and compare. The delivery time was punctual. The watch that i ordered came untouched. Great navigation through out the whole site and it is really easy to submit an order. Also, not many sites deliver to Bulgaria, so thumbs up for that as well. Thank you very much! After one year my watch no longer works, Tissot watches always have international warranty, but their tissot watches DO NOT have international warranty meaning, it is gonna be fixed by a bunch of idiots, why can't I just take it to the Tissot dealer? Anyway the watch took an easy 60days with them getting it fixed, they replaced the moment motor, I doubt if they gave me a genuine part. Anyway the watch finaly got back to me and it comes back All scratched up from the front and back, looks horrible, mind you this watch belonged to my sister and she wore it only in CERTAIN occasions. I got really mad and ask to speak to a manger because those rookies on the phone could not help me, Manger tells me that she need to contact the mechanics to see if they have photos of when the watch came in, next day she tells me that they do not have any pictures, so they cannot prove if I had the scratches on before, I don't understand how that is my fault that they never had pictures? So the solution is go get the watch polished? This is speaking to a manger, you definitely need a new manger because you are about to loose customers.
These guys are great. Was a little apprehensive ordering a watch online. The whole thing was perfect. Well priced, exactly as promised and very fast arrival.

The product that I purchased was great. The delivery was slow, and web ordering was not very good. I was not informed of the status of the order. My account disappeared all in all a negative experience. All that being said, it was a nice watch.
