An excellent value, a first rate product and prompt delivery combined to make it a great experience. I have also purchased a Tissot Heritage Visodate Men's Watch and a pair of Ray-Ban Aviator Carbon Fiber Frame Gradient Brown Polarized Sunglasses at excellent prices and with prompt delivery previously.
I brought a Swiss military watch, original and authentic. Very speedy mailing. Got it in few days. Also, they sent a coupon for 20dollars for an appreciation for the next purchase. These people are great. Definitely I buy from them more.

This is a fradulent bussiness every body should be aware of. I bought an expensive watch and sun glasses after delivery it was totally different than what I saw on the web site. I called jomashop and I asked to return both. They e mailed me RMA form for both the watvh and the glasses. I returned both in the same box by UPS as they requested and it was 3.6 lb box weight. After receiving them they reimbursed me only for the glasses and they said they never received the watch that was inside the same box.The funny thing that the customer service initially told me that they did not return the watch because i never included it in my initial RMA when I emailed him copy of the RMA that showed i requested return both the watch and the glasses.he then said oh but we never received the watch that was inside the same box. Then when I e mailed him copy of the UPS receipt that showed they received a box of total weight 3.6 lb and I documented that it contain both the watch and the glasses insode the box.he said he will need to check the camera of the warehouse to see if it was received or not.
I am in process of filling a complaint with FBI fraud crime prevention against this business as they denying reaching the watch that costs me around 800$.
Everybody should be careful before dealing with this business.

I paid $595.00 for a Tonino Lamborghini Spyder 3106 watch on Nov 11,2017. The watch has been running fine but its Watchband Bar Pins came off by themselves and almost fall out of the bands. I temporarily put super glue on them for now. I am very disappointed that the watchband bar pins fell off after 2 months of purchase.
I have purchased several watches from Jomashop and all but one transaction went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company; but for the customer service, which I see has also been problematic for other shoppers. It's no Amazon when it comes to returns but then neither are the prices.
I have shopped from jomashop multiple times and have always had a great experience. One of my items were backordered and they were up front and very communicative about it. All items come in original packaging still with tags unless purchasing a used product. Used products are always like new and highly recommended.

So far, I am not impressed at all, they sent me a dead watch. I've returned it as they promised to reimburse me, including the shipping costs, but now they won't reply to my follow up messages. Please be wary of this online shop. The 'discount' isn't worth the savings as I'm out $600 and they've ghosted on me.
