The wedsite clearly stated"free shipping and free returns" it turns out bith aren't free, I purchased a watch without knowing they only offer their own warranty. When I want to return the watch, I was told I have to pay both shipping and return, the person on the phone is extremely rude and impatient. It is a terrible experience, will never purchase from them ever again.
Extremely extremely disappointed by the Mido Watch that I have purchased. It stopped working after few months. I am in India and bought it through one of my friend in US. Very poor and insensitive response from Jomashop when I complained about this. Waste of my money. No one cares and escalation matrix is not defined. Be careful. No one care about the customer and I doubt if the watch was a refurbished watch.

Being my first time ordering a watch online I was a bit skeptical. However, I must confess that Jomashop met and exceeded my expectation. I received my watch in good time. Product was exactly as seen in the website and I have used this watch for about 2 months without any issue and I'm highly delighted. Henceforth, I plan to buy my watches through Jomashop especially with the huge discounts.

Purchased an item on May 4th, 2018, had to cancel, contacted Jomashop within 2 hours to cancel. Did not hear back from them until the 7th of May, stating the item has already been shipped. Mind you, shipping label was created on the 7th. They said they could not cancel it, that I had to wait until I get the package and then open a Return request. Item arrived on the 8th. I have been emailing Jomashop for a return authorization and am being ignored. If you buy from them buy either on Amazon or Ebay, at least they are regulated on those sites. Anything you buy from their website you better buy with your American Express card_preferably) or other credit card so you can charge back. They may have attractive pricing but their customer service is very bad.
