They shipped glasses which were not as described and would not approve a return. Good pricing but customer service is lacking if an error happens. Lots of other shops online with the same pricing and free returns.

I have used Jomashop previously for watches and sunglasses. I recently ordered Dior sunglasses. The item which was delivered was not what I ordered and Jomashop admittedly they had made a listing mistake. Despite this admission, they refuse to ensure I am not out of pocket on postage and customs duty I incurred on accepting delivery of their mistaken item. After fruitless and insulting negotiations, I have instructed lawyers to pursue this company

I was very sad when I broke my Rayban sunglasses. I loved the glasses and wanted the same ones so I googled my style number and JomaShop offered the same glasses at a much better price. Cheaper than when I had initially purchased the others 3 years ago. When I got the glasses in the mail, not only were they exactly what I had wanted, but they came with a nice hard-cover glasses case and a cleaning cloth.

I got an amazing Citizen Blue Angels watch and I was delighted with the very prompt delivery, the low price, and the newness of everything in my package. I don't worry about the warranty issue. A Citizen watch isn't going to be defective and Jomashop seems as likely to fix it if it is as Citizen would be. They both have similar motives to make it good.
Great experience! I bought raybans and love them! I have used JOmashop at least three times and have been satisfied every purchase.
I have been a customer for quite a while and have bought few watches from them as gift for my friends and myself. All watches arrived in good condition and had no reason to use their customer service.
But then the moment of truth came in. The last watch never worked accurately and called them and they told me to send it to the manufacture. I told them that i did not buy a new watch to have it repaired but the manufacture. So I called the manufacture and they wanted me to pay for both shipping.
I called back Jomashop and kindly they agreed to get it back. After a couple weeks I received the watch and not only it was not working perfectly, but it even got worse. The watch stopped working every day. I called them and they refused to take it back.
Conclusion: Jomashop do not stand behind their product. Bad customer service.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $120.
Preferred solution: take back the watch and issue a credit for no expiration for future purchase.

I placed an order with jomashop awhile back and I have nothing but good things to say. I ordered and my order was shipped promptly and quickly and I recieved an excellent watch for a very good price. I would buy from them again without question!
The glasses I ordered were the best price by $30 and they arrived a day ahead of schedule! Extremely happy!
