First the shopping experience: My shopping experience with Jomashop itself was easy. They had about 3 different watches that I had a hard time choosing between before finally deciding to go with the Tissot Carson watch. To me, that's more than enough options, so thanks Jomashop for the variety of brands/styles. The site is also easy to use, especially with the many filtering options that they had available. I only filtered by brand, gender, and movement, but wow. They give you all other filtering options to really shave things down to your specifics. The delivery time was accurate as the item arrived on time, which is always great. To online shoppers this website is a dream.
The watch: I bought this watch for my wife as an anniversary gift and she loved it. I can't speak on the technical specs of the watch, but it looks great on her. Her wrist size is 15cm even, and the case sits perfectly on it--not to big, not too small. The leather band suits the watch perfectly, as it's has a shine to it--although some may not like this style, I feel that it adds to the classy look of the watch. The band also has some texture, somewhat like a croc band without many scales (sorry, I'm not familiar with the correct terms). The band is kind of stiff for now, but after a few wears I think it would form around my wife's wrist nicely.
One small 'complaint' about the whole experience: the watch that we received had a brown leather band, even though the description clearly says black. This wasn't a dealbreaker though, but Jomashop might want to update the description.
All in all the watch is beautiful and my shopping experience with Jomashop was simple and sweet.
The whole shopping experience was seamless, I'm based out of India and always had trouble purchasing watches on other websites, with Jomashop it was fairly easy, the user experience bus great, you get what you pay for and sometimes at an unbeatable price.

I bought a Montblanc PIX Black Rollerball from Jomashop ($179) for my wife for our Anniversary. She used the pen for ONE DAY at work and the cap kept falling off making the pen largely unusable (it would fling across the table when she tried to use it). I returned the pen explaining it was defective with a loose cap. Jomashop returned it to me stating "Unable to accept return as the pen was not sent back in the condition in which it was sold to you. Pictures available upon request." I called them immediately and asked what they meant. They said the pen had "scratches on the barrel" and could not be returned and there was no warranty or repair they offered. The "scratches" are from my wife trying to push the cap down hard to get it to stay on. The manager I spoke to (*) said, "those aren't scratches from the pen falling off." So back and forth we went. I lost. They offered no remedy despite selling me a $179 defective pen. The scratches are so minute you have to hold it just right in the light to see them... and IT'S A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT nonetheless. My wife had it in her hands for one day.
Do not buy a pen from this company. You will get what you get; defective or not.

I ordered RayBan 2135s for a good price that none other retailer were offering. So i would have to say it was a good experience.
I ordered a watch and paid extra for overnight delivery. The next day I receive an email it's back ordered for 2 weeks. It seems really scammy to me.
Three calls to customer service and over 20 minutes in chat being ignored by * when all I wanted was an email confirming the cancellation. Which I still don't have.

Ive purchased a few watches from Jomas and when the one time I needed to return an item, the process was fast and easy. Only downside is there is a reduction from shipping. However, lots of quality and luxury watches to shop for and great deals can be found! Theres even a financing option if you need it. Will purchase again soon.
