Do not purchase anything from this company

Ignore all the obviously fake positive reviews out there which all say the same basic thing because they are too lazy to even fake reviews properly. They will send you damaged or incorrect goods and then good luck getting what you paid for as the aftersales support is just rude and unprofessional and they will waste your time until you just give up.

I received a watch from them which had the clasp snapped on one side, the actual metal was broken and you could clearly see that in the pictures. They told me to go get some quotes to fix it, fair enough most companies would swap it out but I figure this would be a quick solution, boy was I wrong. I went to a few repair shops to get quotes and most were around the same however I chose the cheapest which was $105 USD because a new clasp would need to be ordered as it was physically broken. Well Jomashop in their infinite wisdom decided anything over $20 is too much so now they want me to go to the watch repair place which I already told to go ahead with ordering the part, pick up my watch after 2 weeks which is how long it took them to get back to me, and send it back to them for their quality $20 superglue fix. Oh and they wouldn't even cover the complete cost of postage for this either, or just send me a brand new replacement watch because conveniently they no longer have stock even though you can still buy it on their website.

Needless to say I'm done with them, I would rather get a quality repair than have to deal with them further. So I'm out of pocket repairing my brand new watch.

Salt in the wound for dealing with this horrible company is the sunglasses I also ordered aren't the ones I ordered and are completely different in style and look terrible. I assume they had heaps of these in stock as nobody is buying them so they just ship them out randomly as their solution to this mix up was to keep the ones they sent me or cop postage fee's getting the correct ones sent out.

I honestly can't believe a company can operate like this in 2021 and I really hope places like that disappear off the internet in the coming years as saving a few $$ is not worth the pain of dealing with these crooks anymore.

Sent me a used wrong wallet and dissolved

I've ordered a furla wallet... they sent me a used wrong color wrong style wallet that's 20% cheaper then what I've paid... then after mailing them none stop they offered me 15$ for the gap price not even covering shipment charges... worst service ever! As if they gifted you the item and you didn't actually pay for it... awful awful awful experience... NOT RECOMMENDED!

In the past when I have made a return I have received a shipping label. It cost me over 50 dollars to ship back and they still charge me 28 how is that fair... We will not be ordering anything else...

Purchased a watch that cost over $4000 but returned it as we were told by the manufacturer (OMEGA store) that the watch was not waterproof/defective and would cost hundreds to fix it. Returned the item to Jomashop with the test results as evidence, they still claimed there was nothing wrong with the watch and questioned the methodology as to how OMEGA tested it. We were charged a restocking fee. They did not provide their evidence of the test results so questionable on what basis they claimed the watch was not defective. The unresponsiveness as well the difficulty in making a return, not to mention the lack of integrity is astounding. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I ordered Ray-ban sunglasses. I picked the ones off Jomashop specifically because of the case pictured with the glasses. If it was the regular case I may not have got them but this case made the glasses stand out from the others so I was happy to make this purchase. When I got my glasses they did not come with the case. I contacted customer service 3 times but never got a response. On my 4th email the Jomashop representative basically said, "we sent you what we had, oh well." I'm really pissed about their inability to do anything to make the situation right. And there was no disclaimer online about getting different cases. The picture below is the case advertised with the glasses and a screenshot of the Jomashop employees response.

Disappointed

I made s purchase I did NOT received a confirmation send to my Email, there is NO tracking order links, the purchase is a Christmas gift I made the purchase on November 28,20 today is December 17,20 NO info of my item. I won't be purchasing anything else of this company that prices are SUPER high for the BAD service. DISAPPOINTED

The best clothes

Ordered a men's Gucci wallet, a women's Gucci wallet and a YSL handbag on November 27. My wallet arrived in less than a week, I was a bit skeptical when I opened the box because the wallet was only wrapped in a clear bag, no box, no tags or anything. My husband's wallet arrived on the 8th day, in a Gucci box, dust cover and all tags included. Both seem legit. I'm giving 4 stars because my handbag, which is what I'm most excited to receive, was supposedly to arrive last week, everyday I check tracking, I find that delivery date keeps getting longer, as of today, it should arrive on December 11. Hope that doesn't change. I'm taking my items to an authenticator. If all looks good, I have many more purchases ahead. The prices truly can't be beat.

No free returns

I bought a very expensive watch ($25,000) on Jomashop. After receiving it, I didn't like the size. Something that I couldn't evaluate just by seeing a photo online. I called to return it. To my surprise, even though I didn't do anything to change the watch, I would have to pay a restocking fee over $2000. I wouldn't mind if it were a couple of hundred. So, be careful because their returns come with a huge catch. No such thing as a "free return " as they advertise. I learned a valuable lesson. Don't buy from this company and only from companies that allow really free returns.

Do NOT buy from Jomashop... why?
1.) if a price is to good to be true... its is
2.) if you have to go one a website like this to see if a site is reputable... more than likely it isnt.
3.) trust your gut - do not buy from fake retailer jomashop

I tried Jomashop for the first time last week. I ordered with next day shipping. After a couple days with no feedback of item shipping/confirmation. I decided to call them to see what the hold up was. I was assured it would be shipped out tomorrow. The next day passes, I call again... same response. A couple days later im informed that they are "changing warehouses" and thats what the delay was. More BS excuses. The next day, there were assuring me the item is being shipped. The next day I call I was told they lost the item. The next morning they assured it would be shipped. I called back later that day and they said it was best to cancel because they have no clue where it is. 11 days after purchase I had to cancel because I was tired of being lied to and tired of jomashop all together. How many days/weeks/months Jomashop would have kept the order open i have no idea.
Basicaly Jomashop has no clue what they are doing. They list items for sale and will gladly take your money for items they do not have in stock.
Just save yourself the headache and buy from a credible supplier. Do not buy from a JOKE wana be retailer like Jomashop. I give them 3 years before they go out of business

UPDATE. Customer service is horrible. Service after the sale is non existent. Take away all stars. I have been trying to get an answer about my account and it appears I have been ghosted. I have been lucky and never needed to make a warranty claim. But I am not feeling confident that if I do I will get any meaningful response from Jomashop. Makes me think twice before making future purchases.

I have ordered 4 watches from Jomashop. Two Omegas, one Citizen and most recently a Tag Heuer order # M2AF3244. I consider the Omega and Tag watches luxury brand. I have not been disappointed with any of my 4 purchases. I am especially pleased with the luxury brand purchases. These are authentic timepieces. You can't tell you didn't get them from a retail shop. Only you and your wallet know. Each order was shipped in a timely manner. They were packed safely and securely. Each watch came in an original box with the papers. The only glitch was shipping with FedEx on my latest purchase. Jomashop did their due diligence to ensure safe delivery by requesting that FedEx only release the item with a direct customer signature. FedEx failed to honor the signature request and just dropped my watch on the front porch. I found that to be unacceptable by FedEx. These are expensive items that should not be left on your front porch for you to find by chance. I called FedEx to complain about that. I bring this up to warn others if you're expecting a delivery from Jomashop keep an eye out for the FedEx driver. You don't want an expensive item sitting out for the possibility of a porch pirate taking your delivery. Again I want to emphasize that was not Jomashop's fault. They did their part. FedEx failed to do theirs. I will continue to shop at Jomashop and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Jomashop.

Complete scam
October 15, 2020

Beware this company is a total scam. Bought a new watch from them (Tissot) and what a mistake. Received the watch and it stopped working in one day and it was to heavy and to big. I returned it within three days and never heard from them. Called them two weeks later and they they would get back to me and within two minutes I received a response that the watch had heavy use bogus photos attached? I wore it for 15 minutes and then neatly packed the watch and shipped it back to them. The watch was in new condition. Had to file a claim with my credit card company. I could tell by the conversation that this company is a bunch of scam artists BEWARE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered an Omega Constellation Globemaster in late June. The listing said usually ships within 6-10 weeks. Within days of making the purchase, I noticed Jomashop had raised the price in the listing by $300. When I called to ask about the status of my order, they simply said it hasn't shipped yet and wouldn't provide any additional information; they weren't helpful. So now we're at ten weeks and I'm waiting to see if Jomashop will deliver my order or make me wait until I cancel so they can sell it at a higher price. We'll see. If they deliver, I'll update this post.

Update:
It's been almost 15 weeks since since I placed my order and Jomashop hasn't delivered the watch. They said there is no e. T. a. The watch is currently listed on their site for $550 more than the order I placed, with delivery still listed at 6 to 10 weeks. I believe Jomashop doesn't want to fill the order at the price I ordered it at; they'd rather sell it to someone else at a higher price, but they won't be honest about it.

So, in my experience, Jomashop isn't trustworthy.

They didn't deliver and they weren't straightforward with me.

Be aware and be careful.

I am very happy with my purchase. The watch i ordered for my husband came before i can even check the status of the delivery. It came well packaged and watch is working perfectly fine. My husband received this as an anniversary gift from me and he was happy.

I bought a Montblanc watch M1Q******* from them with a good price. Watch came with a defect on the dial and they offered 75 usd for me to take it to a local jewelery shop to clean.

1- For 75 usd you can only change battery.
2- ı will not take my new watch to a crappy service and make them open the case
3- It needs to go to mb service

So i asked them to start return policy. There is no reply till now.

Dont buy from them unless you have money to gamble
