NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered a Seiko for $119 dollars, back on the 11th of May 2021.
After waiting almost a complete month (!), they finally send the order to me.
I am from The Netherlands, so I expected a long wait time, maybe 3/4 weeks.

But at the time of writing this review (08/08/2021), I still haven't received my order.
The Track & Trace they send me still says "IN TRANSIT TO DESTINATION COUNTRY".

It has been that way for 68 days!

The worst thing is that I probably won't even get my money back.

So to everyone thinking of buying something from JomaShop, I would like to say: "DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM! JUST KEEP SEARCHING FOR A REAL AND GOOD WEBSITE!"

They even email me on 22/07/2021 that my parcel was almost here, and they would appreciate it if I could remove my first review!
Crazy!

Don't ever order from them!

Seamless Shopping Experience

Jomashop offers a variety of luxury brands and items at comparably affordable price. However, I found return process and policy are not so favorable for buyers for having buyers absorb the return label fees, etc. Communication with customer service was not a top notch. Response received a day later each time when asked a question.

I bought a Montblanc fountain pen with fine nib through Jomashop. When the package arrived, the box specified it was a fine nib pen but the pen inside of it was a medium nib pen with a M sticker on the pen. Montblanc would charge hundreds of dollars to change the nib. I immediately contacted Jomashop via email. None of the 5 emails sent were responded to. I also attempted to call them and was put on hold for over 30 minutes without anyone answering the call and after opt for the call back service, no one called back. Poor customer service and tried their best to dodge and not owning up to their mistakes.

This is not my first time shopping at Jomashop and definitely not my last ( order number: M2FB4150).

They're absolutely perfect for international buyers, shipping rates are reasonable and watches are packed to withstand a nuclear attack. The watch has arrived in no time and it's lovely, it looks even better than in promotional photos. The watch was brand new, never activated or worn before. All stickers applied and even that plastic thingy that keeps the quartz movement from running and depleting the battery. I love this version, the polished case makes it look much classier than the initial release, which has a blasted case. Thank you Jomashop, I hope to do business with you guys very soon again :)

Do Not Buy From www.jomashop.com I placed my order on March 21,2021 For a Gucci Backpack order number #M2D******* for a total of 1440. 68 The Shipping was- FedEx Ground 3 Day Est. Delivery Fri, Mar 26,2021 I recieved a box from www.jomashop.com with 2 pieces of tape I opened the box inside was another package from Walmart with an address from Massachusetts I opened the package inside was a little girls bathing suit and a pair of flip flops. I Contact FedEx and Jomashop FedEx concluded investigation said they paid www.jomashop.com I called Jomashop and talked to samuel representative... Then (Shella) a Supervisor that said FedEx didn't pay them the full amount, I told her I want my money back or the item purchased she said "I was out of luck and they can't do anything about it" I also contacted my bank and they said they couldn't help because I used PayPal form of payment using my routing and account number which was a secure form of payment. It's now almost 4 months and they have stolen 1440. 68 my Money Please Be Careful when buying form Jomashop very rude Customer Service Not only did FedEx paid them acknowledge their fault but also they kept my money getting paid twice and do not use PayPal.com as form of payment they are useless when assisting customers. PLEASE SHARE

Product not really what is stated

I ordered two watches a Charriol & a Movado.
The Charriol was delivered but it came with a different warranty card & a 5 inch wrist band which fits a small kid.
I emails many times to Jomashop if the size is correct & my other Movado was not delivered together.
They answered. We sent you the correct watch & size but if its a ladies watch why will the size fit for a small 10 year old kid?
Answers on emails all same they sent it right. But i measured the band is only 5 inches. Their website says 7 inches. Last email came in all the same not helping a watch my wife cant wear. Now worse is they cancelled my other Movado order without informing me why? And i was charged waiting for answer if they have refunded me or not.
Disappointed with this company very unresponsible!
How can they cancel when they are still selling it today?
Its cheating to send a wrong size.& cancel an order & didnt notify me if they gave me back my payment or not. Wasting my time waiting & its a gift i want to give someone.

Buyer beware - bootleg products
I was gifted a beautiful pair of Gucci sunglasses for Christmas from my fiancé. I have several pair of sunglasses all Ray-Ban‘s, that I alternate. In six months I probably have worn the Gucci sunglasses about 10 times, maybe less. The last time I took them out of the case to put them on, the frame was completely disconnected. The screw had fallen out and the lens was falling out as well. I wrote to Joma and they told me I had 30 days to return the glasses. Of course the the 30 days was up. They refused to take the glasses back, repair them, do anything. I can guarantee these are not authentic Gucci sunglasses because they wouldn't have broken after six months if they were.
Buyer beware!

You would not believe how bad of service I got if I wrote it all out as I have elsewhere. Bottom line: they sent me one watch which almost immediately stopped functioning. And another watch, they told me for weeks that it was on its way. They eventually cancelled my order, gave me a measley $5 coupon even though shipping is $5.99 at least for a similar item when I had free shipping the first time. Oh and then they still haven't even refunded my money and first tried to say I did not get charged. I produced proof and the customer service guy said oh we'll process it. No extra apology for saying "you were NOT charged" to me, calling me a liar. I strongly recommend you buy your watches elsewhere. This place has been my single worst experience with a business this far in my life. Just the pure amount of time being jerked around is very annoying. Avoid this place. BAD BUSINESS.

JOMASHOP After sales service is non existent
I have purchased a few items from Jomashop, some have been fine but if they are not they take little responsibility, latest one is a watch which arrived not working, response was to replace battery, I felt it might be something more so I took it to a watchmaker so if it was a battery at least it would be done right and pressure tested, my fears were realised when it failed as the specialist discovered a problem with the circuit of the watch rendering it dead. Response from Jomashop has been nil. The last time it was damaged packaging for a Raymond Weil Maestro watch, being the resting place for the watch when not in use. Replacement cost from Raymond Weil was $130

Disappointed!

I made an order with Jomashop which was supposed to get delivered in 3-5 weeks, after the 5th week, they extended the delivery time by 2-3 weeks. Not trustable. Disappointed!

SCAMMERS!

If I can give them 0 stars I would. I don't know where to begin. This is my first time ordering from them and my LAST! I ordered two pairs of sunglasses 1x Dior and 1x Salvatore Ferragamo. My total came out to be $180. It was shipped out by USPS carrier. This was before Christmas. When I was tracking my package on December 18 I noticed that it said delivered at 1:22pm. I live in a two family house and have camera around the entire house. I checked the cameras before contacting customer service and saw that no package was delivered "on my porch". I contacted Jomashop customer service trying to resolve the situation to see if I can get my refund and they told me no since it was "delivered" then it's not their problem they can't do anything about it. I kept going back and forth via email and they were REFUSING to provide me a refund. I even told them I have proof from my camera that I can provide. They still refused. I had no time to file a police report because I caught covid and had to deal with that, but I will soon proceed with the police report. I BELIEVE THIS SITE IS A SCAM! To me it's ridiculous that if they are sending it out by USPS why isn't there a signature required? I asked them that and they said "they don't do any signature required". Why not though?! It's brand glasses why not provide a signature upon delivery. Also, the shipping carrier has $100 protection policy, how come I can't get my refund when the PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS?! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I REPEAT SCAMMERS!

Ordered a watch that was listed as 1-2 day delivery; it finally shipped after 2 weeks. That's when I should have known things were off. When it was finally shipped, on arrival abroad my order then went back and forth some ten times until it was eventually returned to Jomashop for a reason beyond my comprehension. The communication with their customer service was a nightmare, they are unknowledgeable and rude and often do not bother beyond a one sentence reply, even though I gave a perfect account of the situation each time I contacted them.

Now it's 3 months later and I am stil waiting for my refund. I can understand that sometmes packages go missing or that there are certain other errors, but the real annoyance for me is the lack of care and attention on their behalf for a customer. 1 star since I cannot give 0 stars.

Worst customer service
February 24, 2021

Placed an order on 2/8 for a money clip. It's 2/24 now with no idea on where the order is. The customer service is atrocious and can never reach a live person. Only bots giving one word answers on the chat. I wish I could give it a 0 star, worst service ever experienced. Do not recommend anyone buying from this scam of a website

Jomashop does a terrible job in shipping merchandise on time. They have very poor customer service. The common excuses they give are, item is back ordered, still waiting for shipping, don't know why the carrier hasn't delivered, it should be there today. They never ship the merchandise on time. Even if you pay extra for expedited 2 day shipping, the merchandise never goes out until you call and complain. Even after that, it takes a couple days or more for it to go out. Terrible customer service.

Purchased some watches from jomashop, when they arrived the box was squashed, damaging one watch. Sent photo clearly showing content damage but they will not replace. Wanting pictures of don't have. Just an excuse not to fo anything. Think twice before you buy from jomashop, because if there is a problem with your purchases they are not going to do much to rectify.
I will never use them again. Buy local.

Guess what Guys, the customer service team offered to send me a new empty box from USA to Australia. The watch looked OK to them in the picture, yet my partner will not wear it has one bent link.
You would think they would send a replacement watch not an empty box as a good customer service gesture, BUT NO?

Save yourself the headache and buy from someone else.

JOMASHOP don't have a lot of good reviews when it comes to customers service. That must tell you something?
