When shopping around for my next watch to add to my collection, I stumbled across many reviews that highly recommend JomaShop as the place to go. I am happy to say that I not only headed their advice, but also that my experience at JomaShop was exactly what I was expecting it to be. The prices were competitive, and I was notified about where my watch was every step of the way. When my watch arrived I was pleased to see that it was packed carefully, and that it included all the proper documentation. All in all I am incredibly satisfied with my experiences, and I have already recommended JomaShop to many of my friends.

I still didn't get a full refund for this item. When I called the customer service to resolve the issue I was told manager not available. I would not trust this company to do any Business. If the company can't acknowledge the mistake and resolve the issue. I will never shop with this merchant again.
I purchased a New Tudor/Rolex watch from Jomashop. The watched arrived without the papers and card that come with all New Tudor/Rolex watches. Jomashop failed to disclosed that the papers and card was removed from the watch box. These missing items impact the resale value of the watch and the watch is considered a Naked Watch. When spending thousands of dollars on a new fine watch the watch needs to be complete. I would not shop at Jomashop for your Fine Watches. Buyer beware of Jomashop's failure to properly disclose important information. Mail / Wire Fraud!

Have bought a Belenciaga wallet on Jomashop. The product was found defected with the button already starts rusting. I contacted the customer service and demanded a full refund, however the staff just keep avoiding my question on returning the product, they replied super slowly and said it is not defective, instead they offer 35$ for compensation to me if I keeping the defective wallet (the wallet is $241!). I have never had such a RIDICULOUS shopping experience before. Of course I won't accept and ask them again on the return arrangement, they never answered how I am going to do, instead, they DIRECTLY COPY-AND-PASTE the return policy on their web to me, and tell me you can send the product to Jomashop, but whether they return the money back to me is based on their inspection and policy (which they basically make it). I'm an international buyer, I'm TOTALLY UNSURE what claims will they make for the '30-days return policy' (how to count for the 30days?) and can give whatever reason to deny my return, and I won't have neither my money and the product back.
The customer service is still trying to avoid to provide an answer for the return arrangements. I am so disappointed and worried I can't have the product return with my money back. I would NEVER ever buy anything from Jomashop.
Ordered a watch from Jomashop which at the time of ordering said it was In Stock. Ordered it for my wedding which is in a few weeks so I ordered 2 day shipping assuming I would have it in that time. 2 weeks passed and still no watch. Contacted customer service via email and phone and was not answered, disconnected, or was told they "have no updates at this time". Now when I look online it says the watch is a "Special order" and to contact them for delivery time. Such a joke because when you reach out they have no update and no idea when the watch will come! The lady I FINALLY got in contact with via chat, Shadley, was entirely unhelpful and took 10 minutes between her responses to my questions. I asked her how to go about cancelling my order and she responded with an automatic response saying it was cancelled, then disconnected the chat without another word. Very happy I cancelled and will not be shopping at Jomashop again.
They take forever to ship the product. It says the "product is in stock and ready to be shipped" but after placing the order they didn't start the shipment for almost a week. The may have lied about the product availability or they have a poor shipping service. I have even paid of 2 day shipping. DONT BUY HERE its waste of time
Don't shop here! Absolutely the worst customer service I've had yet with a company when purchasing a watch, and a supposed "high value brand new " watch. I was a brand new customer and ordered an invicta automatic watch from them and the issues started from there. The watch never said it was out of stock or back ordered or anything of the sort, I processed to purchase it being told it would ship asap. Only to find out days later it's not even in stock and apparently on back order, who sells stuff like that. Then it finally shows up and the bracelet on it is defective right out of the damn box! It is suppose to fit snug against the watch case and one side is so loose It looks like it's going to fall off and jingles like a damn bell constantly when worn because of it. And you can clearly see in the pictures how the bottom of the case it meets flush with the band and there is no gap, yet the top has a gap wide enough to sit in and rattles incessantly. I promptly contact them after all the bs and I'm told to basically go to hell. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I ordered a $2000+ Breitling (automatic) from Jomashop and it was running way too fast per day (WAY outside of Chronometer spec). I contacted them for a return/refund, and they ignored me for over 2 weeks - which (turns out... hmm) went beyond my return window of 30 days. So I decided to write off Jomashop and send it to the manufacturer to be fixed on my own dime. There wasn't another reasonable option. After sending it off, they contacted me saying oops sorry and offered the return authorization. My watch was already at the manufacturer going through their process, so I asked Jomashop if they would cover the cost of the repair. They said "no" they don't do that. I asked for an exception since they obviously messed up. They said "no" several more times. They didn't do the right thing after they messed up, and I wouldn't never order from them again.
I placed an order on 9/2 and was not told that the item was out of stock. I have been calling customer service for a status check and given the false hope to receive my item the next week. I called today and was told my item came in today for shipment tomorrow from a representative. I literally called back to ask the price of expedited shipment and was told my item was still on backorder and an update is expected next week! Almost a month and a half to be told a lie. Of course, no managers are availble to address my issue. I canceled my order and will await my refund. First and last time ordering with this company.
I received a package from this outfit, I don't remember ever purchasing from b4. My name and address on the box. An ugly red shawl inside. An invoice with a ladies name address and email inside. Since I couldn't contact the seller I used the email on the invoice. The lady responded, she never purchased any ugly red shawl either. WTH is this about? I hope it's just a bizarre computer glitch and not some incredibly stupid person to blame here.

I got a fossil watch and it does not work. I sent it in twice and they said it was fine, but it does not keep time. I regret buying with Jomashop.
Jomashop send damaged merchandise and when one makes the claim they take 8% of the money, that is not fair, I returned it because it has a defect and now they tell me that it is completely fine. And they took $ 480.00 from me. That is not right. I will never recommend this company. Customer service is terrible.

Watch which was listed as in stock and recieved a tax invoice, explaining that my item was to be shipped in 4-6 weeks. The time frame for delivery was not displayed on their website. After the 4 week mark, I follow up with their customer service team fornightly to understand where my order was. Each time I was told my order would be shipped within a week and I would simply not recieve any further info. This continued for 9 weeks, each time failing their promise to ship within a week. This caused me to suspect it was fraud (it wasn't), just very very poor inventory management and communication. I would not reccomend Jomashop to anyone. Customer service and inventory / shipping communication is very very poor.
Bought a high end watch which did not work, returned it, they would not repair it and said they were returning it to me. I have not received the watch back or a refund and they do not respond to my emails. Seems like theft and will have to now invovle the police. Terrible experience.
The watch dial was already defective in the sales photos and was shipped that way. The bracelet is completely crumbled and that at a price of 1200. 00. Customer service offered only 40.00 for repair and a new bracelet I have to organize myself. Very very poor service and quality
