I placed an order for two Cartier watches on 3/22/21 (yes, about one year ago) and the status of the order was "Pending Shipment" for this entire time. I called the company about 3-4 times and chatted with them online once and every single time, they gave me the same answer: that they don't know when the status would be updated because they are still working with their manufacturers.
Ok, I understand that there will be delays, especially with Covid. But fast forward to today - I reached out to them again and they gave me the same answer. But this time, I asked them to help me escalate my order since it's been almost one year, so they did and the "solution" that the manager came up with was "since the order is now too old, we will have to cancel it and you will have to place a new order". Both watches are still available to order on their website, but both have gone up in price for a total of $1,480 more than what I originally paid for.
This was obviously their mistake but they forcefully cancelled my order (I never asked for it to be cancelled) and kept telling me to place the order again because the order is now "too old". Since both watches were never out of stock and still available for purchase, it's obvious they just don't want to honor the original prices. This was blatantly their mistake but they shamelessly want me to pay for it.
Customer service was completely useless and kept repeating the same thing - that their manager already signed off on the solution, so that's final. This is obviously NOT a solution but I guess their business is run based on lies and deceit.
I went back and forth with the rep for 10 minutes before she finally agreed to let me speak with a manager but comes back to say the manager has (conveniently) already left for the day. This company is EXTREMELY DISHONEST - stay away at all costs. They couldn't care less about their customers and will not own up to their mistakes but instead, they will force their customers to take the hit for their own incompetence.
Worst and one of the rudest customer service, they charge for all your returns, and they never care for customer satisfaction.
Was charged over 100 bucks for a pair of sunglasses that was never received. Jomashop brushed me off saying that i would receive an email which I never got and I keep getting brushed off with reasonable response. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
Jomashop say on their policy is very easy to return, but you will have a difficulty when you return your item, like item return they will take time 5 to 7 business days to review it, this way that Jomashop want to buy time, it is good for them. When you return your items, Jomashop will ask you the item have to be unuse, unwear, all the tag have to be in place, then Jomashop go refuse the return acceptance say that "just like you buy a new car". At this point, I am thinking buying the watch is not same as buying a new car. Another case is very un educated, during I talk to their customer service and the problem is not sold yet I got a phone hangup 2 difference times. Finally I have to call my credit cards company help for refund the I get this compliance, thanks.
I knew the price was too good to be true and when I smelled the cologne I understood, it is a fake. The Acqua Di Gio smelled like the cheap knock off cologne from the flea market. They want a 8% restocking fee and you lose shipping there and back, that's how they scam you out of your money. All the positive reviews probably paid for bots and are generated. Don't be fooled like I was!
Received item after about 3 days. That is already fast when i did not pay extra. BTW. I am using the free shipping. They sent out fast, so i am happy. Its a very legit store with low price.

This company is falsely advertising the price that they will sell you on their website, but when you contact them, they provide a different price. I was trying to purchase a watch with them which had a discount on the price, and below the price it says "Call them for availability". I called them and later got an email saying the watch can be ordered but I have to pay 5x the price that is shown on their website. I don't understand why advertise the watch at a certain price when you cannot even honor that price with your customer. They are misleading customers with incorrect pricing on their webpage.
Two times I have ordered from Jomashop, both Ray-Ban sunglasses. Items were legitimate and came within the week. Half retail price for one, and more like 1/3rd for another. You probably won't find exactly what you want, but if you aren't too picky you will find it for a better price than anywhere else.

I have purchased 2 Tag Heuer watches from Jomashop without any issues, but recently I purchased a "slightly" used women's Rolex watch from them. When he received the watch we discovered the clasp was broken, the crystal was chipped, the crown was damaged, the watch would not run, and was generally in very poor condition. I contacted the Jomashop and they said I could return the watch at my expense and they would send it out to have the clasp repaired but could not tell me how long that would take. My wife was upset, so I sent the watch to Rolex in Dallas, Texas for repair. In addition to the items listed the watch needed a complete overhaul. So, I had to pay $951.95 to repair the watch on top of the $5,417.90 I had paid for the watch. I definitely would never buy a used watch from them again, and will probably not be doing any future business with them.

Picked this watch up for $324. Got it for a daily wear watch and I must say it is outstanding. Big bang for the buck.
I would give them a zero. I have bought many watches under a thousand bucks no problem,, but I bought a Rolex Milgauss brand new and everything was suppose to come with it based on their website, box and card. I got the watch 3 days later than promised, and without a card, I called them and they said they will get me the card in a couple of days, 12 days and nothing. The card drops the value about a 1-2k on re-sale, and with these ridiculous prices, I will lose 5-6k minimum in returning the watch and rebuying it again. I will never buy from them again. The customer service girl didn't even know what a Rolex card was, she had to ask another rep to know, and she was suppose to call me in a hour and I guess it's only 288 hours ago and counting, and no call.

I have a purchase history in the thousands. However when I returned a defective wallet my options were: reimburse them for there free shipping or pay a $13.75 return fee. Even after sending over a dozen photos of the defective product. You have lost a customer. My advice watch the return policy.
I bought Gucci shoes from them and requested exchange for a bigger size. The customer service rep I initially spoke to misinformed me the second one was very rude. I just wanted to clarify the charge on the shipping because why would I be charged if the initial shipping was free. It's so freaking unfair. Now I am hesitant to buy from this store again. Bought the same from know retail store for more but much better quality. Return policy very shady and not user friendly. Customer is charged for the return of defective items, Customer service very poor and unprofessional.
I recently returned an item I bought. I used a USPS Priority Mail label addressed to Jomashop which I was able to confirm that indeed it was dropped off and left with an individual. Upon calling them for the status of my return, I was told that they do not have my package and asked me to follow up with USPS. Really?!? The tracking info says it was delivered to you! The backpack I bought was defective. Unevenly sewn in two places. All tags, box, bag are intact. I contacted them on the 18th of December requesting to replace it. I still have received no instructions on how to do that.
Update: I requested a return via their website and it turns out I have to pay $18.49 for it. Why do I have to pay for the return if the item is faulty? I experienced inconvenience of not having my money, not being able to use the item that I needed and having to spend time on returning it and also have to pay for shipment of your defective item.
Just called them to inquire if it's possible to replace it instead of returning it. Waited for 24 minutes. When the lady finally connected she didn't sound welcoming. All I could say was "hi, just a second" as I wanted to turn the speaker on. I didn't have the time to even turn the speaker on and say anything when she hung up. I guess it's unacceptable for them to wait literally one second as opposed to me being on the phone for 24 minutes.
Considering the poor service and the quality of the item it's so hard to believe all the positive reviews.
This company will send you cheap merchandise different than what you purchased from their website. I called the store immediately to let trr here know what I received was not the item I purchased. They sent me a fake FedEx Label to return the item with. When you try and speak to them about the issue they will yell at you and hang up on you. Do not shop from this store unless you like being ripped off.
