HORRIBLE COMPANY!

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I bought over $400 in cologne, and as soon as I had ONE little problem with just one of the colognes they had poor support! HORRIBLE COMPANY, STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

Worst experience ever had.

I was on the phone about my order which never arrived even if it says delivered on the 23 April. She had 0 patience, 0 communication. I'm the one who's ending up paying over 260$ for something I never received and she was the angry one WTF. Worst experience I ever had.
I will never make any order again on this website.

I never got my order.

They delivered my order to wrong address. I contacted Jomashop.com customer service via email, I thought that this issue was going to get resolved. I sent follow-up emails to the contact. He sent me unrelevant tracking information and mostly didn't reply. Never again. I don't recommend anyone. I lost over $115...

I place an order for the Instant Crush / Mancera Paris EDP Spray 4.0 oz (120 ml) on April 4th and the order status is still "awaiting for shipping". I tried to call them so many times but nobody picked up the phone, and I sent them so many emails asking what's wrong with my order, I received 1 email saying that my order would be shipped within 1 week (on the 18 of April), and another email today saying the same thing. And that item has been available online since, not like they are out of stock or something. Jomashop customer service is terrible, don't even bother contact them for your issues.

I will never do business with this company again. THey charge shipping to return and then tell you how much you're going to pay? After I bought another pair of glasses from them, NEVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHOP ELSEWHERE, THERE ARE PLENTY OF COMPANIES OUT THERE!

I bought a jacket for $800 and it had a dye packet on it so I contacted them to take it off over 6 months it tuck me calling them 20 times and I had to pay $130 to send it back they then kept the jacket sold it for more money and didn't refund me till I called another 20 times and would not refund me for my shipping these company will steal your money and not care about you

Avoid at all costs

I purchased a watch that came perfectly. After a few months it began to malfunction so I sent it back for a warranty repair (which was a process in itself to get in contact with someone). Their warranty department has lost the watch and customer service is useless when you can actually get them on the phone. I'm now stuck making a claim through my insurance company which I luckily bought for the watch. Do not risk it!

Be warned the customer service rep i spoke with said they use stock photos of the items they sell so the product you receive might look totally different than the one pictured. I had this happen with a pink shirt which came as a samon shirt instead of the light pink as pictured.

Scam shop

They do not even have these watches in stock! I ordered a Doxa watch and they had in stock but then was going to take 5-6 weeks to ship! That means they arent in stock. Scam beware!

Coach handbag

We purchased several products from them.
Expensive watch and coach handbags for my wife.
The handbag had one has major problem with lining coming apart. I called them and they said they don't provide warranty.
We called coach and they stated Jomashop is not on their list of approved resellers and that the bag could be a knock off
I reached out to Jomashop again to let them know what Coach said. Zero response. Coach is investigating

I had been having really good experience with Jomashop until I had my recent return. I was deducted for THEIR RETURN LABEL FEE PLUS THEIR ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE. Be aware of it when you want to buy something from them.

Charged for lost merchandise

Placed order for a perfume which got lost on the delivery, they refused to replace or provide refund for the item. Disputed against credit card by showing fake proof of delivery when in fact was not. USPS shows nothing. AVOID at all costs

I purchased two Blancpain Fifty Fathoms watches from Jomashop in July.
I would highly recommend spending the extra money to buy from an Authorised Dealer and very much regret buying from Jomashop to save money.
Last week the rotor separated from the movement on one that had been worn maybe 20 times. Nothing occurred to make this happen. I surf in the other and its running just fine.
When I called Jomashop I found customer service to be horrid and cold. They are not an AD so I cannot appeal to Blancpain for warranty issues but instead have to pay to send it to Jomashops in-house watch repair shop for a determination of whether Jomashop will cover the problem.
Along the way I was blatantly lied to by a Manager who said it would go to an AD and only told the truth after speaking with his supervisor.
If you know anything about watches you understand that the pin that holds the rotor in place is now loose in the movement and will forever change the accuracy and smooth function of the watch.
An authorized dealer would send the watch to Blancpain and they would replace it- I know this because I've collected watches for more than 30 years.
I'll now have a watch that will never be worth anything close to what I paid for it so whatever I saved on purchase price is not at all worth the experience.
BTW, the average hold time for Jomashop customer service is 20 minutes...
