I am buying every online but JomaShop online shopping is very good.

Apart from having the best prices online (to my knowledge), I was very satisfied with how quickly I was able to obtain the two seikos I had ordered. They came right on time for a special occasion and had no issues with packaging. All protective plastics were there. Definitely coming back.

Just purchased and received yesterday what I was led to believe was a brand new Franck Muller $9,800 retail watch. Supposed to have new box and original papers, certificate of authenticity, etc.
I GOT NONE OF THAT! Box is broken and coming apart in several areas. UNBELIEVABLE! STAY AWAY.
Now they are not returning emails for past 2 days.

I ordered an invicta gold watch from jomashop. Just that the shipping did not arrive the day it said it was supposed too. It got to me the very next morning. But it was probably the weather those days it was pretty bad. When it go to me i was very satisfied the quality was very good. I love the watch... I know where my next purchases are going to be from jomashop.

Since I have found Jomashop few years ago this is my primary choice for watch seller. Already purchased 4 watches from them and everything goes smooth as a butter, just as it should be.

I've bought two watches from Jomashop so far a Tudor 1926, and a Mido Commander. They both were supposed to be shipped two day delivery, and neither came on time. I called to inquire about the delay on the Mido, and was met with just about the rudest most condescending customer service I've ever had the displeasure or dealing with. That would be just a minor complaint if I had not also had to fight to get my refund on the Tudor. By far the worst part of all is the Tudor I purchased from them decided to stop working through no fault of my own right outside of the return window. Though I would not have been able to return it anyway seeing as I had worn it. I paid almost two thousand dollars for that Tudor, and I can't express enough how upset I am. I did have a person from Joma contact me and they offered to overnight me the Mido for free since I paid the money to get it second day, but lol even still it was a day late. Thanks for the freebie there lol really, now when I have questions about the servicing I cannot even get a response. I'm just going to send the watch to Tudor for a full service, so I can rest assured it gets done properly. If your reading this review and decide to use Joma anyway, read Reddit and their experiences with Jomashops warranty. I'm not even taking the chance my watch gets "lost" or damaged further, or better yet held onto for months then sent back with no service. I'll be thinking real long and hard if I ever decide to buy from them again.

Everyone who buys from Jomashop should be aware that you are not getting a normal manufacturer's warranty on your product. You are trading warranty coverage for the pricing. I'm done with Jomashop. I will only use them to get reputable watch dealers to match their price.

I am a repeat customer (3 expensive watches). On the last watch, Tudor Black Bay Bronze Automatic Men's Watch, the leather band broke within 2 months under normal use. They would not stand behind their sale, and correct/replace the defective band.

The customer service is horrible, and they seem unwilling to solve problems. In my case, they had sent me a fake one. So I tried to return it, but they refused to refund it.
