I ordered my husband a Citizens watch for our 10th anniversary. The watch shipped very quickly and when he opened it the watch exceeded his expectations. Will me purchasing from JomaShop again.

I ordered a watch and truly enjoyed it. Saw it was a little big and figured I could still use it. But can't make a decision until it's of course worn. I did a 3 link adjustment. And the battery was dead to begin with. So they yes sent me a watch with a dead battery. And I thought with a dead battery and it's to big. I'd return it. They claimed my watch it's scratched and since that. No returns no exception. And with that being said. I will not be returning her for business.

I recently gotten contact by someone names Kamela and she took her time to explain everything to help reach common ground and reach a mutual understanding. I'm happy to say that they made this right. I will be further doing business with this company.

I ordered multiple pairs of eyeglasses since I have a wide face and frames are pretty difficult to find since I am based outside the US. Website itself makes it very easy to find the frames that fit my requirement and has been the best experience I had looking for glasses thus far. While the tracking on the website itself doesn't work, the numbers work on the USPS website and shipment was surprisingly fast. The goods arrived mostly as expected (great quality for their prices!), except for two Ray Ban frames that left much to be desired with the quality. I don't doubt their authenticity though, and I would allude this to the quality of Ray Ban products going downhill due to mass manufacturing because of Luxottica. (M32B5182)

Found this watch here at a fabulous price. Duty and brokerage fees pre-payed for DHL. Shipping went well.
All and all an excellent experience with Jomashop and would recommend.

I was looking for a luxury watch to give to my partner for his birthday. I was on a tight budget so had to purchase something below $500. I found this site while looking for Swiss-made watches and I couldn't believe they were offering luxury brands with huge, competitive discounts, unlike other stores. I'm now planning to get my partner another gift for Christmas. This website is a true find, it's hard to look for premium gifts for men these days that won't break the bank, but this one is definitely my go-to now. The delivery came in 2 weeks, international shipping at that! Couldn't ask for anything more.
