1 defective, one delivered the wrong model, but also delivered fake. Take it to a shop to check for fake goods. Super scam, so stay away don't buy. The support message is only returned and has no impact on the quality of the product.
Purchased a pair of glasses frames from Jomashop. Paid $14.99 extra for shipping only to receive a damaged pair. I'm not happy with the purchase and find it inconvenient to pay for the return.
