I made a purchase to Jomashop using a payment app and the company decides to send me one of the bottle and tell me they have to charge again for the other bottle. This is ridiculous. I never receive an email update or anything. I should be able to pay one time, and however the company decides to ship the item should not effect me. I will never shop at Jomashop again.

I love the option to buy fragrances that are very top notch and exclusive niches that other e-online don't carry. They have a company called Affirm that can approve you giving you a credit line to shop which is so fun. The shipping is great too. My go to e-online company why don't you try it too!

Order: IM35M1642. I got a wrong product and I did call the customer service department, they immediately solve the issue. The problem was that the agent that took my case got confused several times and ultimately I had to agree on their terms eventhogh it wasn't full beneficially for me.
