I bought my first mechanical watch - a Seiko SNSX79 from JomaShop. I live in Malta, Europe, and at first glance, it doesn't make sense I used this website due to possible shipping complications including customs declarations, forms, etc.
Imagine the surprise when I saw that for an extra cost, JomaShop would handle everything themselves - hassle-free! The extra cost is nearly identical to the ones I would have incurred should I did customs clearance myself. Apart from having an excellent purchase experience, the total amount was much less than local shops wanted for the same exact watch model, how can you beat that?

Almst a month ago, I placed an on-line order on Jomashop's website for a men's Tissot automaic watch.
The watch has an ivory dial, beautiful and I liked the watch very much. Before that, I also placed an order on-line, because the ivory dial watch wasn't available. So, I wanted to cancel my previous order before it was shipped. The customer service agent was very helpful to locate and cancel my order without any problems.
