I use JomaShop to buy unreasonably priced products because of the discounts JomaShop offers. I am lucky to find out about JomaShop, i tell my friends and family about it. Order number was M35D3128

First of all I would like to thank you. This was my first shopping from your site and probably will be the last one. Why I think like that. I try to explain:

1) After ordering two watches on the 3th of January, the waiting process started. One of the watches (frederique constant) is delivered to post office but not my delivery adress. When I ask the customer service why my post is not delivered and what can we do, he/she answered me as "we have to wait". You can find these records on whatsapp records. I handled this problem by making my friend go to post office himself on the 18th of January. He took the watch fortunately.

2) The other watch named as Tissot, at first you didn't warn me about latency. It can be understandable. But this time I wrote two times as please change the receiver name. Because I ll leave Miami. But your friends didn't take it into account and the post officer brought the box with the old name. At least, I warned my friend and they got the cargo without problem on 31th of January.

Now, I want to ask you a question, If you were me, will you think shopping from Jomahsop again?

With my order M******* i buy an automatic Tissot for an incredible price.
The watch was cost more than 1000€ in local shop and i buy It for only 330€ with taxes and shipping for Italy.
I honestly was afraid that It was a scam, so i control the serial number of the watch on Tissot website and it's 100% legit.
I Will DEFINITELY buy again other watches at least, that's a really good shop for time piece enthusiast especially in the middle-range mechanical watches or when you don't mind have a guarantee card unwritten, i think that's not a big deal if you have a discount of 50% or even more on a good watch and you still have the 1y guarantee by Jomashop it-self.
The story of "grey market" it's a bit odd, cause a lot of people don't know that you can have the SAME issue with guarantee by the productor buying on famous big shop online that aren't official reseller, so prefer buy the same watch for a bargain price and just enjoy your new watch!
