I recently called into Jomashop customer service. I must have spoken to the owner who thinks he owns the company, based on the rude experience I received. I called in to ask about my recent order and the customer service rep. Spoke to me in a very rude manner. I WILL NOT shop here again.
I have boughten quite a lot of watches from jomashop. I can always find the exact watch I find in the stories like fossil or Michael kors for a lot less than. Also I made an order on a Friday and I don't know how but I recipients my package Wednesday morning. Super, super fast! The website is also very easy to order from and since I have my own account, I can quickly make an order right off my phone. I really love using the site, but I hope you guys give specials to loyal customers.
The process of finding the watch I wanted, buying it and having it delivered was absolutely flawless and went off without a hitch. The price I got on the Oris timepiece was also pretty good.The only criticism I might have, and it's not really a criticism, is that the color of the bezel shown in the picture was lighter than it actually is. Probably photoshopped. And i have to say Oris missed a trick by making the bezel a darker green. The color that Jomashop photoshopped it to suits the watch more. Maybe Oris can learn a thing or two about aesthetics from Jomashop!
