I purchased a Movado watch for my son, he loves it. When I purchased the watch there was an additional promotion. My watch was recieved immediately, brand new, great packaging as expected. However, there was no information on the promotion. I contacted customer service and was assisted right away. I followed their instructions and had to contact them again when I misplaced the information they assisted me once again and were very courteous. It was a great experience
