I bought a Skagen watch and the order was cancelled for no apparent reason. Just said it was cancelled, this was days after the order was placed. But the money was never taken out of my account and I placed a new order for a new watch. The price was very good and the delivery was prompt. Called customer service and was told exactly what happened. Overall good experience.

I bought 2 Michael Kors watches off of this site, one of them was even still in season and listed on the Michael Kors website, the other was out of season. I think they were around $145 each, which was about Half the retail price. They are without a doubt 100% authentic. They came with the original papers and everything. They are absolutely stunning. I will not be wasting hundreds of extra $$$ at retails stores for a watch anymore.
The site is easy to navigate & the description is spot on. My only dislike is the sales price. One week a watch was $10 more when advertised as a "sale" within an e-mail.

The process of purchasing from Joma Shop on line was easy and required little effort. My purchase arrived within 5-7 d. As promised and I was initially happy. However, after a short period of time I found the watch would just stop functioning. I called customer service and could not have asked for more customer friendly service. Leah in customer service offered to pay for a new battery as she expected that was the cause. As it turns out the battery was fine, just not secure and had popped out of place. Happy customer!
