This was my first time using JomaShop and I was a bit hesitant. There customer service was excellent and responded quickly. My order (M1Q0B7W) was delivered in a very timely manner and absolutely nothing wrong at all. Since this order, I have used the service multiple times already.

I submitted my order, made payment and within a day or two received shipping and tracking informatio. And notifications regarding shipment. Company has been excellent to work with, have made 2 purchases and will continue to be a repeat customer. I received great quality watches eah order. Very happy with buying experience.

Shipping was fast and my Oris BC3 arrived as advertised. Was very happy with the purchase. However, following a small drop, I have tried to contact Jomashop customer service to no avail. Phone lines have been busy for 3 consecutive days and an email submitted through Jomashop's repair website has gone unreturned.

I have purchased Fossil and Diesel watches from Jomashop. Wonderful experience with great discounted price. I was really proud telling my friends that I purchased with great deal.

Great ordering process, great selection, great sales

I was very pleased when I ordered a Michael Kors watch at a fabulous price. Since then everything I have bought for Christmas has been from Jonashop. This company is very efficient with shipping, great quality product, and trust worthy. Forever a customer!

The shipping was very fast and the watch I got is very beautiful. If there had to be anything that could be better would be showing the size of the watch on someone's arm because I didn't know how big it actually was just given the measurements but I really like it.

I had to add more than two words into column "name" as my address is ship's address and my billing address was not right but after just one email to costumer service the issue was resolved and it did not affect delivery time.
I like my new watch and it was 100$ cheaper than on other sites.

I've bought a watch or two and a pen from Jomashop - Everything was as described, packed well, and shipped quickly, all in new, perfect working order.
Love their website, and would certainly buy again.
