I ordered a wallet from the site as a gift 2 weeks in advance to give lots of of room for shipping, but was sent the wrong product. Got in touch with customer service, and was told the ordered product was out of stock. After finding a similar product, I had to place a new order, and customer service expedited the shipping to overnight for free. The gift made it in time due to the helpfulness of the customer service department but seems there may be some logistical issues sending out the correct product.
I was totally satisfied with Jomashop. The watch was absolutely beautiful plus I got it with 35% discount. Item was delivered also on time.
I purchased a watch right after thanksgiving as a Christmas gift. Email notification that it was shipped Dec. 6 but the tracking number provided never updated to show status updates. I waited about a week and then called. They started the investigation which can take 10 days. Contacted then twice more and they said nothing could be done and the item could not be reshipped until the investigation ended perhaps sometime after the 27th. Christmas came and went. No watch. No updates. Customer service non existent. Will not use Joma again
