I purchased a citizen watch from Jomashop. The watch stem fell out when adjusting the date. Jomashop would not warranty the watch. Fortunately Citizen has allowed me to return the watch but I will still need to pay a fee to have the watch repaired if it is original and can be fixed.
I would not buy from this company again. It is best to pay a bit more and buy from a authorized distributor of the item you are looking for.

I placed an order for a pen that was on back order then decided to change to a different item. This necessitated a call to customer service. The person who assisted me was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The item I ordered was exactly as described at a price that couldn't be beat.
Watch was the least expensive price - I really shopped around for the watch my son wanted for Christmas and they really were the best price. He loved the watch! It was shipped carefully and came in no time. Would definitely shop with them again.

I found a watch my family could buy for me for Christmas. It was $599, but the email in which I found that watch indicated that there was a "take an additional $100 off" promo code that was valid for another two days, making the watch $499. My wife went onto the site to buy the watch the next day, and it was then $545, and when she went to charge it, it would not accept her input of the promo code. Not a way to make your customers happy, especially your repeat customers. So the watch ended up costing $46 more than it should have. It's not the $46, it's the idea that you offer something and don't honor it... makes one rather suspicious going forward.
