I purchased a Baume and Mercier Capeland ******* on a holiday special. There was a slight glitch with UPS since I ordered from Canada and the product was to be delivered to my contact in New Jersey. But the reps at Jomashop were very efficient in quickly resolving the problem. Customer service was excellent and most importantly, efficient unlike most call centres. They resolved the problem in 1 call and acknowledged the glitch. I will give them 10 out of 10 on service. They were helpful, willing and efficient. As for the pricing, I did a lot of research on the net before placing the order and Jomashop was by far the lowest price advertised by anyone. So I ended up getting a $7000 (retail price) watch for under $2000 and that's an amazing bargain. Thanks Jomashop for the amazing service and the fabulous deal. I will definitely shop from Jomashop in the future.

I purchased a watch 11/16/15 as a Christmas gift. When I received the watch I briefly looked it over to make sure it was in good working order which it was. I proceeded to wrap it and on 12/25/15 when my wife opened it she discovered a small chip in the band. On 12/28/15 I contacted customer service manager Roy and told him about the chip. He said because I didn't contact them within 5 days of receiving the product he could not take it back even thought their return/exchange policy states "In addition to our standard 30 day money back guarantee, all orders placed between November 7,2015, and December 18,2015, will be eligible for an extended "exchange" period until January 18,2016." Roy instead offered me a $95 dollar refund which I of course refused. I contacted the BBB, New York State and New York City consumer affairs department in hopes to rectify this issue.

For quite a few years I have ordered 4 of the Swarski Christmas Stars for my daughters. Jomas always sends me a note early in November to order these at a great price with no S n H, So I ordered and received all 4 together in box. When I gave to girls end December, one of the stars was split in half. I called Cust. Service yesterday and they said all 2015 Stars are gone. Would not refund my money because bought 2 months ago. I tried to explain why they were bought in early Nov. To no avail. I would like my money back for the broken star, $53, put into my Mastercard account. Order # M1Q7M7F

I never said I had a good experience. The watch in fact does not work. I have to take it to the jewelers. Spend money to hopefully change the battery. If that doesn't work I will be returning it since the customer service person said it would take at least 2 and half weeks to get a new one. My daughter (whom it was a gift for) leaves to go back to school on Wednesday and would like s watch to take back
