Delivery of our order was OK. BUT there was NO WAY to activate the warranty: 1.- we could not access to our account. Did not recognize our password or e-mail (so many times used before!). So we asked several (many) times fore a password reset but are still waiting. 2.- Tried then to phone: absolutely no answer! Waited over 25 minutes.
This is just BAD SERVICE. Efficient for selling and noboby afterwards.

Great watch and great price but they drop the ball on quality control. On my second purchase They send me a watch that had a death battery in it, so they send me to have it replace at any jewelry store and they will credit me $10 dls. Well, I pay more than that and also waisted almost two hours driving around looking to get me battery replace, it doesn't make sense! For me the whole idea to buy online is to avoid going to the store and a simple inspection from the seller could have save me some trouble, not sure if I'll buy again. Order #M*******
